Pleased with the car I purchased and with the efficiency of Ian the salesman. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. He answered all my questions about the car I bought. I would use this car dealership again. All the paperwork was completed within four days. Car tax, log book etc.

Clean, well presented cars, with helpful and accommodating sales staff. No pressure or waffle, Ian our salesman was excellent, allowing us to make our own choices in our own time; even agreeing to a second and much longer test drive to be 100% sure before completing sale. In comparison to other dealerships we have visited over the last few weeks, a refreshing change. We would definitely recommend My Motor.net

I phoned My Motor.net up to view a fiesta st line(18 plate)that I was told was in excellent condition,,,they actually had three of the same cars in the same colour...I was willing to part with £11k to buy one on the day...upon viewing the three cars,all of the wheels on the three fiesta had been kerbed,scratches all around the wheels,when I mentioned this to the owner,he didn’t seem bothered at all and walked away....terrible service,for the sake of them either taking money off or saying that they would refurbish the wheels,they lost out on £11k ,,,,,I certainly won’t be buying or even viewing a car with them again!!!
