My Motor.Net are great at selling you the car but when things go wrong won't answer your calls or txts and can't really fix any problems the first time so you end up taking car back about 7 times and in the end it won't be fixed and the warranty will have run out. Keep well clear of this garage

Hi Paul, I’ve just seen your review relating to my-motor.net. I’m having real problems with them too. They’re trying to dismiss their legal obligations and I’m close to taking court action. I’d like to hear about your experiences with them, if it’s not too much trouble? It’ll give more weight to the case if I can prove this is not an isolated incident and other individuals are also having, or have had, similar problems. Trading standards may be more likely to impose sanctions and restrict further trading if you do. The information provided in your review is great. Can you give me additional details, including; the car and date of purchase, the faults, the resolve (or lack of) they proposed, who the individuals were you dealt with, your attempts at resolving the situation and the final outcome. Also, any other individuals (and their contact details) you know who have had problems with them would be great. Any help you can give will be really appreciated. Can't be over generous with praises for My Motor Net. Very helpful and not pushy. Delighted with the car and price. I would recommend to anyone. Would be more than happy to buy from here again even though it is over 100 mile journey.
Helpful, responsive from first approach, and polite, never patronising or disrespectful which happens a lot in car sales. Nothing suitable immediately on this occasion but definitely would go to My Motor.Net again and recommend their service.

My Motor Net were prompt with contacting us back and a gave us a great deal on the car we chose. Made buying a car a simple process.
No pushy sales at MyMotor.net, just straight forward relevant information about what I wanted - not what they were "pushing" Pete (who dealt with me) was friendly, very well informed and genuinely strove to show and demonstrate what I showed interest in. This is how buying a car should be.

My motor.net do not care at all once they've had your money. If your car breaks contact RAC or AA. AS MY MOTORS WONT HELP AND DON'T CARE. WORST PLACE EVER BEEN TO. BUYERS BEWARE. ONLY BUY IF YOU DON'T WANT GOOD SERVICE. CHEAP NOT NECESSARILY CHEERFUL.
