Extremely happy with the level of service provided by my new motor, the car was exctly as described, George and the team were great guys and overall what a great buying experience very happy.
An inexperienced small time dealer who are not well versed in EU trading law. Very rude and aggressive when I questioned a fault on a car I had purchased that day from them. Tried to evade responsibility by saying they were a private seller and not a trader. Would avoid.

Hi can you contact us with your name, the vehicle in question and when you purchased the vehicle? We are fully aware of consumer rights and give all our customers a parts and labour 6 month warranty as standard. Being an established motor trader with a large forecourt it would be impossible for us to pose a a private seller.
I recently purchased a 2010 Mercedes C class from My New Motor and was originally worried as I had to drive over an hour to see car. I couldn't have been happier when I arrived as the car was described spot on and I could not fault the drive. They have a good range of cars and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about my car. One of the best used car dealers I have dealt with and would recommend them to anyone.
Really happy with our car and the service, they did really do more than we asked. I recommend My New Motor Ltd.
Extreamly rude staff and unhelpful when dealing with a genuine issue. Would not recommend to anyone. Avoid. I'm very saddened to have been treated so badly. Unprofessional. on reflection, the reviews on here are in general bad.

Hi sorry to hear about not receiving your V5 document, we've checked through our records and can't find any customers under the name of Tracey, can you confirm the registration of your vehicle? Signed logbooks are sent biweekly which can then take up to 6 weeks to be returned from the DVLA. A smooth and pleasant buying experience is our utmost priority,if you could also get in touch with us and let us know anything you weren't satisfied with in your buying experience we can look on how to improve this. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
Been looking for the right Cayman S for a long time, these guys had the exact one I was looking for. It was well described, and the sales guy was very knowledgeable and let me go for a test drive before I committed to anything. Very happy with the car.
Worst vehicle purchase ever ! Agreed to buy and when picking up it had no coolant! Had to fill it myself !! Promised extra's and still waiting 4 months in, had a leak which required body work repairs and they smeared silicone EVERYWHERE and ruined my 20k vehicle Still issues with it that they won't get fixed! Stay away! Trading standards informed!
My New Motor ltd couldn't have been more helpful, everything went smoothly and they were a good company to deal with. The Jaguar xkr is exactly the one I wanted and it was ready when they said it would be. I've recommended them to people already, I don't think there was anything more they could have done that would of made it easier I was very happy with the service.
Purchased a BMW 320D tourer from My New Motor, the staff were very knowledgeable easy going letting us try our child seats and prams for size. Overall we were happy with the sale .
