I've been searching for a Mercedes A Class for some time but never found the right one for me until I stumbled across the one on My Next Cars website. I immediately phoned to ask to come and view it and they were so friendly welcoming me to come and view. When I arrived they got straight to it, showing me the car and informing me on all the added extras never leaving information out. They were clear and helpful through the buying process. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went down to My Next Car to view the Toyota Avensis. I was given an in depth tour of the vehicle and the staff were able to answer all my questions. I was overjoyed with the vehicle so I decided to purchase it. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. Upon returning to collect my vehicle the handover process was well organised and efficient I wasn't in there for long before I was driving my new car home. I also noticed how immaculate the inside of the car was like someone had done a very good job with valeting.

Everything went swimmingly I can't complain about a single thing. Helpful and friendly staff and smooth handover process.

I would definately buy a car off them again at My Next Car! The customer service was great and I got a long really well with the lad who was serving me. I was really taken with the car and was really pleased when it looked just as good in person as it did when I saw it online. Buying the car was a really quick process and since I bought it home with me I haven't had a single problem.

To be honest with you I have no complaints for My Next Car, the purchase was smooth and the service was good. The car was delivered on time and all paperwork was in order. So far things are going well with the car, its just a case of me getting used to it as I have not driven a car from this manufacturer before. Overall I would rate 5 stars.
