Where do I start? Lets start with the phenomenal customer service I received. This was the best experience I have ever had, I wont forget how we was greeted at the door. (I say we - Me and my Son in law). So we were greeted at the door after driving 150 miles with the loveliest coffee which was to die for. From start to finish the coffee was on hand all day long. We spoke about a price for my old car and they give me just what I wanted for it with no quibble. Now the moment we are waiting for.... THE CAR. Wow I love it, It was all ready for me on arrival, the guys even changed my reg for me too! I'm enjoying it so, so soooo much its just beautiful.. perfect in fact. Oooo its just the most beautiful vehicle you could ever wish to sit in (other than the Rolls Royce or a Bentley) The Mercedes is beautiful, its smooth, its clean, it smells good its the best most beautiful machine. Guess what! FIVE STARS FOR MY NEXT CAR!

One word.. Brilliant. Everything was just really brilliant. I came to My Next Car knowing what car I wanted (GLE- Class) and of course they had it in! I test drove the car and at that moment I knew it was the car for me. It was clean, tidy, not one mark or spec to be seen in the car! You can clearly see how well the car was looked after. Over the moon with this service, I was so happy I even wrote an email to the company. I couldn't fault these guys for anything. I must say I am very impressed with the service, the car, the customer care and just about everything to do with the experience. When I was at the dealership and having a look around the car before I bought the Jag I requested a full MOT and they did the MOT and any advisories ect, they honoured everything! This dealership is insane, plenty of choice, the range is incredible from £159,995 Lambos to £600 cars, there is something for everybody!!!! The staff here were so friendly and professional without thought I would definitely come back and I will tell everyone, you know if you need a car use My Next Car. Absolutely fantastic place!

We had a great experience! Are expectations were certainly exceeded by this dealership, we were kept up to date with everything on the car - where the Land Curser was up to, what work needed doing and when it would be done. When the day came that I could collect my new car I was straight at the dealership and the Cruiser was all ready and waiting for its new owner!! The customer service was top notch and we had very nice staff dealing with us who we can not thank enough! We would definitely use again so we are certainly recommending to anyone who would like a new car.
