I have just purchased a beautiful Mercedes Coupe from My Next Car,It was presented to me in pristine condition with ultra low mileage,Without being asked, I was presented with a 12 month M.O.T. and four new tyres and a 6 month warranty. I dealt mostly with Shaz ,Paramjit and Ashley .lovely people,courteous,helpful and professional. Shaz even pointed a small imperfection in the wheel alloy which I hadn't noticed and insists on remedying on a free after- sales service basis' .All in all a great car buying experience,thank you guys ,William Oglanby

I brought a nice little convertible run around for the summer and after 15 days the clutch went on it 😩 because the car was under £2,000 there was no warranty. But I contacted my next car and explained what had happened and they were fantastic so helpful x told me to get 3 quote and they would help me sort the problem, I sorted quotes and they told me get car fixed and invoice them , they were amazing the paid for the hole job thank you so much for your kindness and support from start to finish xxx much thanks to My Next Car. Now that the vehicle has been moved on, I feel I can take this opportunity to write about my experience with My Next Car. Back in March, I went to take a look at a Dark blue 1988 Toyota MR2 Mark. On the surface, it looked like it was in very good condition, but looks can be deceiving. But, due to my nativity, I still purchased the vehicle and took it on a 2-hour drive home where I started to notice it's the first issue. Whenever I slowed down the vehicle, the engine revs would drop to the point where the engine would stall. At first, I thought this was happening because of how I was driving it, but I later worked out that it wasn't and that there was a major mechanical issue with this vehicle. Now, I was sold this car with 6 months warranty. So I thought I would contact them and get them to resolve the issue. For the next few of months, I was constantly delayed with "Oh the mechanic is busy/away on holiday", "Call me back next week" or "Get a quote near where you live". I made numerous attempts to get a quote, but nobody could figure out why the engine was doing this. Sam didn't seem to care and wasn't interested in assisting me with my problem. There were a couple of other issues with the car as well. I'm under the impression that the MOT was done via a close friend, as I didn't quite understand how that car passed with its brakes (Had to really push the brake pedal to the floor in order to stop), headlights (They weren't aligned). The car also desperately needed a general service as well (The brake fluid was black and nearly done, the oil was quite bad, some rubber seals had worn away) and eventually, I found a rust hole on the side of the car, which looked like someone had attempted to fix it with poly filler and painted over it. You may get lucky at this place, but don't expect a good level of customer service if there's an issue. I just sold the MR2 at a loss because it just didn't seem worth the hassle of trying to push these people in actually standing by their warranty. It felt like that they had no intention of actually resolving my problems and just wanted the car gone. They were quite pushy during the initial sale, constantly reminding me that this was a classic and that'll appreciate in value. Well, Sam, it didn't appreciate in value and the only classic I got from you was a classic case of a dodgy car dealership. My advice is to be a bit more helpful with your customers and be honest about the cars issues.

To give an update on my review above, I was contacted shortly after I had posted this review by Hussain, the owner of the My Next Car dealership, to discuss the issues I had with the MR2. He was very apologetic for what had happened and also informed me that the gentlemen, who i named in my review above, has recently been dismissed from the company due to his general behaviour towards other customers. Hussain then offered to cover me for the costs I had paid for the cars repairs, and also some of what I had lost when I sold the vehicle (as you often lose money when you sell a car on), which I gladly accepted. I would like to thank him, and his team (as I had some emails from them as well), for making the effort in contacting me and being upfront and honest about what had happened. The issue has now been put to rest.
I’m a very proud owner of Mercedes C Class, my experience with the dealership was fantastic, I saw the car and collected it the following week, I didn’t even test drive the car as I had up most faith and trust with the team and the car drives superb. I also like to thank Ash and Paramjit who also paid for a new spare key. I deffinetley will recommend to friends and family and will surly buy my next car from them again. God bless you guys
