Had our car booked in for a service today at 10am bridgend Just got home no service done we arrived back to pick up car at 15.15 car had not even been looked at.So left with out having a a service.
I've loved my MG ZS for the last 3 years but today collected my new MG HS SE and I LOVE IT even more! Excellent service yet again from start to finish!

Just want to write this review to praise Julian at Nathaniel’s. This is my 3rd car from Nathaniel’s. I had the pleasure of being served by Julian at Nathaniel cars when I was looking for a new car 2 months ago. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I got myself a MG ZS that fit my budget and my lifestyle. I am very happy with my new car. Thanks Julian

Dreadful to do business with, I traveled from London to collect the car otherwise Nathaniel would deliver at £1 per mile. Brand new MG5 had 26miles on the clock even the new paint lines on the tires had gone. part of the deal was to supply a space saver tire which I needed to pay 50% towards, (£280) Ebay new £150. its now 9th March 2023, Nathaniel, still hasn't provided the wheel, all these promo shots showing the handovers of new cars, are not what I experienced, I even needed to ask for a coffee upon traveling from London. the salesman Christian gave me the impression he was doing me a favor, by giving real crap service,

Well got rid of my MG ZS yesterday picked up my MG HS I WAS HAPPY WITH THE MG ZS HAD IT THREE YEARS AND NEVER A PROBLEM THIS HS IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ANIMAL CANT PRAISE IT ENOUGH FOR THE ENGINE AND THE COMFORT ALL ROUND BRILLIANT AND PRAISE TO NATHANIEL’S For brilliant service and good shout for Tom who was brilliant
Very efficient service. Kept in touch with status updates in the lead up to the delivery day. Really couldn't have been any easier to buy the car from Nathaniels. Dealt with Tom H for the sale. Tom explained everything that was needed to know. I needed the car by the afternoon of the delivery date and so requested an earlier delivery slot and that the car EV) have some charge on it. The car arrived 2 hours earlier than estimated and with full charge. Delivery driver gave a great overview of the car upon delivery. Great and very easy service overall.

I had an utterly terrible and stressful experience. I bought a new MG ZS Auto that had major engine problems from the day I bought it and this made the car dangerous to drive. It would pull away then stop and leave you in the path of oncoming traffic and I nearly had a number of serious accidents. After demonstrating this very serious problem to them they tried to repair it twice within the first 6 weeks of owning it. The repairs failed so I asked for my money back. They refused and stated they would no longer discuss the matter. So I had another garage and an independent expert witness assess the car. Both confirmed the fault and the expert witness declared that the car was not fit for purpose and should not be driven on the public highway and may cause an accident. Nathaniels dismissed these reports and said it was my fault the car was not working properly. Finally after a 7 month long investigation by the ombudsman I eventually got my money back through the finance company and they took the dangerous car away on a transporter as it was not fit for use on the public highway. Natahniels made me out to be a complete idiot and demonstrated a vengeful belligerence from the very second I asked for my money back as is my right under law. Best of luck to you all.

after spending £15,000 on a zs I was promised a set of car mats. After waiting 2 months for them to arrive I was shocked and very disappointed to find out that the mats were rubbish. I could have gone into any pound shop and picked up the same mats fo r£5

Bought a ecosport recently from Nathaniel Car Sales and had excellent good deal on my part exchange and free extended 1 year warranty and a free service in a years time. And threw in two Tickets for wales rugby game of choice. I've been using Nathaniel's for over 20 years so that speaks for itself. Highly recommend a look.
We spoke to Craig and Jack, reserved a car until we could look at a similar model locally and arranged collection but snow prevented us from going. Both Craig and Jack kept in touch and were so polite and helpful. Unfortunately the car wasn't right for us so we had to cancel the sale but we were really impressed with the attitude and knowledge. Craig and Jack were a pleasure to deal with and I'm sorry we couldn't give them our business on this occasion.
