Not enough staff on site and trained to answer the customer. Poor communication while the deal was under process. I compromised because of the car I like.

I was looking on google and saw the Range rover Evoque which we wanted so it was ideal for us since we are around the corner. Every time we spoke with Pete it was good, any issues that occurred with the car was dealt with straight away. The test drive was quick which was also good.

I found it was quite quick when I was down at National car hub. My brother had a look on Autotrader and recommended me to them. The customer service was really good.

Id give it 4 No major issues, just had to wait long and chase to be seen despite booking appointment at exact day/time. Also no V5C received so far - transaction on 26th February. On the plus side - once seen by someone, the customer service was professional, I enjoyed the time to look at the car on my own before buying with no pressure.

I’m quite happy with the Tesla I purchased, I wanted something a bit more modern and I think my next car will have to be a Tesla. George at national cars was really helpful, answered a lot of the questions and gave me an insight on electric cars.

The Mazda I got from them is really good, I love it! It’s a bit different compared to the ford fiesta I had before however the difference was really good. I was a bit reluctant at first due to the reviews not being very good but every dealing I had with them has been brilliant. Hollie offered really good service and answered any questions I had.

So far, the DS7 has been a good car so far, touch wood! I have had an issue with the seatbelt warning coming on but they couldn’t find anything with it. I did appreciate the efficiency; it was quite smooth sailing with national car hub.

Chris, I dealt with fab and very helpful down at National car hub. The BMW I purchased has been alright, no issues.

Everything has been good with the ford ranger so far, the only problem I had was with the back tires but apart from that, everything was good. It was very quick with national car hub.
