The car has been good so far and I’ve been using it regularly to commute from Newport to Bristol without any issues. I wasn’t expecting a supercar when I bought it, but it gets the job done efficiently and suits my needs well. I’d rate my experience a 4 out of 5.

Touch wood, it’s been sound so far. My old car stopped working so it was time for a new one and national car hub offered the Pacific Honda I was looking for with the best pricing for what the car was which stood out. The only thing I would say is that it’s the only place I’ve been too that did not have a card machine which I find inconvenient.

Everything has been sound with national car hub, top stuff! I found the ford focus offered had good spec and price range so I went for it. It was a pretty smooth experience and fella that helped dealt with me was straight to the point.

I came across National Car Hub on Facebook. I wasn't looking for the Mercedes originally, but when I saw the Mercedes GLA, I preferred it. I was happy with everything at the dealership and would recommend it to others.

Good customer service

I've been enjoying the Mercedes A-Class. I thought the service was good, there were a few delays in regard to me being able to pick the car up, so it is 4 stars.

Originally we were looking for a hybrid, but then we just decided to go for a full electric. We found the Tesla Model 3 on Autotrader, it was the best decision we have made. It has saved me a lot of money on fuel, as I had a Mercedes previously, and it drank fuel. I was impressed with the customer service and the fact I rang at 9 o'clock and went at 5, and the car was all prepared and waiting for me. I'd give it 4 and not 5 only because of the delay with the logbook.

Absolutely no problems with the car whatsoever. What stood out to me was the fact that we were given the time and space to look around and not hounded as soon as we got to the car park, like at some dealerships I have been to in the past. We went on a nice test drive, and they were nice people.

The Crossback is all good its running fine, I did have some problems with the electrical system which I updated myself and it all seems to be okay for now, so I am just keeping an eye on it. I was also promised a call back a couple of times, but I was never contacted. Other than that, it was overall good, the customer service was good too.

Everything has been fine with the VW Touran since the purchase back in October. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was very helpful, and based off our buying experience, I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
