I bought a car from them in November by march it broke down and its now going into July and still isn't fixed they make excuses after excuses. Management is terrible u can never get hold of them. They sell dodgy cars and went they go into repairs u don't get it back. Loom at other reviews they are all going though the same avoid with all cost. Sending them to court

Decided to buy a car from here for it to then break down 2 weeks later. I have 28 days warranty therefore, sent it back to be fixed. They have had the car for 3 weeks now and every time I call for an update they say the 'aftersales' team will 'call me back' however I never receive a call. To do my job everyday I require a car! No good communication skills and very unprofessional!
I’d been looking for my new car for close to six months as I’m really fussy about what I purchase and who from. Found exactly what I wanted at National Car Hub and bought it. Got a great value for my part ex. Finance was arranged in house whilst I was on site. Service was second to none. Highly recommended

I visited National Car Hub when my fiancé & I went in last week to check the repairs they had finally agreed to do on my fiancés car. These repairs were needed due to the faults found on the car after they'd sold it to him, from their poor work which had been disguised. They refused to give him any kind of help until he got a financial legal team involved. When we went to collect the car we were so frustrated because NCH kept putting off the collection time even though we had driven from Leeds in a hired car to collect. Originally they said to collect Monday which they then pushed back to Friday, we arrived on the Saturday morning & still they asked us to wait around till 1pm. After finally going in there was no one there to show us where the car was so we wandered the car park til we found it. The sales man came out to hand us the keys but as soon as he'd done that he held up his hands & said "I'm just a sales guy, I don't know what's been done to your car." The workers were extremely unprofessional & we had such a difficult time convincing the mechanics to come out & explain to us the work that had been done on the car so that we could understand. It was a nightmare & they handled everything so poorly it was really disappointing. The lack of communication among the staff is unbelievable & really frustrating. The stress this caused on my fiancé has been unreal & unfair.

A garage to definitely avoid! I purchased a car from National car hub in November, during lockdown regulations I did not get to check the car over properly before buying. The car then broke down on me 3 times within the 3 month warranty, however I gave it the benefit of the doubt as my disabled son found the car really easy to get into with the rare back doors. The garage did replace the battery on the second occasion it broke down, yet when I broke down for a third time they refused to give me a refund for the car or answer any of my emails. Then just week after the warranty had elapsed, the head gasket blew due to a corroded radiator and blockage (which it was obviously sold to me with), yet again the garage refused to refund me for the faulty goods they sold me and only offered to send me a radiator after two weeks of me trying to contact them. They clearly do not provide the cars with the 62 point AA check they are promised to have had, shocking customer service on each visit, collecting the car I waited nearly 2 hours for it, apparently being “cleaned” despite it still having green moss all over it. The second time when they replaced the battery it took them over two hours. Shocking service , I guess you could say it’s my own fault for not returning the car before the 30 days but I never expected so many issues on a car with such low mileage and to be treated so badly, not given my money back or partial refund because it was bought on my mother’s card but in my name. I paid £700 for the new head gasket and everything else that needed replacing and the car still breaks down due to an immobiliser fault now!!

so i went and put a deposit down on a car i liked, they told me it would be between 7-10 days before i would get the car, i was ok with this. I had called them back 7 days later asking how my car was getting on, they said bank holidays and weekends don’t count so monday the 17th would be the latest day, i said right ok. I was part exchanging my old car so i asked if i could bring it up before i collected my new car as my insurance was up, they said yeah bring it down, so i took my car down on the Wednesday and Neil said he was going to give me a ring on the Friday to give me a follow up on the car, waited all day and never had a call, so i phoned and asked, they said it has only just gone in to have some paint work done and it won’t be ready for Monday, now they false promised me as they said latest would be Monday, so me and my father went into them on sunday and said we want the car Midweek else we want our money back, they said we don’t know how long it will take but we will let you know, never had a call so i rang them myself and asked if it was going to be done Wednesday as this would make it over 2 weeks of waiting!! they said no so i asked for my deposit back and my old car back, they told me i had to collect it right away as they can’t keep it on their property no longer. Do not buy from this company they just want money and do not care about their customers!! i have been having to pay taxi fair to work meaning £26 a day because of how awful their service is! buy at your own risk

I bought a car from them in November had to go back in March and well still waiting for it to be fixed everyweek they fob us off no contact nothing poor communication skills. Nearly 3 months and they won't take our calls and I paid 10000 for the car
