A garage to definitely avoid! I purchased a car from National car hub in November, during lockdown regulations I did not get to check the car over properly before buying. The car then broke down on me 3 times within the 3 month warranty, however I gave it the benefit of the doubt as my disabled son found the car really easy to get into with the rare back doors. The garage did replace the battery on the second occasion it broke down, yet when I broke down for a third time they refused to give me a refund for the car or answer any of my emails. Then just week after the warranty had elapsed, the head gasket blew due to a corroded radiator and blockage (which it was obviously sold to me with), yet again the garage refused to refund me for the faulty goods they sold me and only offered to send me a radiator after two weeks of me trying to contact them. They clearly do not provide the cars with the 62 point AA check they are promised to have had, shocking customer service on each visit, collecting the car I waited nearly 2 hours for it, apparently being “cleaned” despite it still having green moss all over it. The second time when they replaced the battery it took them over two hours. Shocking service , I guess you could say it’s my own fault for not returning the car before the 30 days but I never expected so many issues on a car with such low mileage and to be treated so badly, not given my money back or partial refund because it was bought on my mother’s card but in my name. I paid £700 for the new head gasket and everything else that needed replacing and the car still breaks down due to an immobiliser fault now!!

so i went and put a deposit down on a car i liked, they told me it would be between 7-10 days before i would get the car, i was ok with this. I had called them back 7 days later asking how my car was getting on, they said bank holidays and weekends don’t count so monday the 17th would be the latest day, i said right ok. I was part exchanging my old car so i asked if i could bring it up before i collected my new car as my insurance was up, they said yeah bring it down, so i took my car down on the Wednesday and Neil said he was going to give me a ring on the Friday to give me a follow up on the car, waited all day and never had a call, so i phoned and asked, they said it has only just gone in to have some paint work done and it won’t be ready for Monday, now they false promised me as they said latest would be Monday, so me and my father went into them on sunday and said we want the car Midweek else we want our money back, they said we don’t know how long it will take but we will let you know, never had a call so i rang them myself and asked if it was going to be done Wednesday as this would make it over 2 weeks of waiting!! they said no so i asked for my deposit back and my old car back, they told me i had to collect it right away as they can’t keep it on their property no longer. Do not buy from this company they just want money and do not care about their customers!! i have been having to pay taxi fair to work meaning £26 a day because of how awful their service is! buy at your own risk

I bought a car from them in November had to go back in March and well still waiting for it to be fixed everyweek they fob us off no contact nothing poor communication skills. Nearly 3 months and they won't take our calls and I paid 10000 for the car

I purchased an Audi via Click and Collect in January. Must say the team on the phones were excellent, answered all my questions and helped with my finance. Got a good price for my part-ex and paid a decent price for the Audi. Had one minor issue a week later and they took care of it within 48hours. Can’t fault them at all. Would definitely go back for my next car and recommend to family and friends.

Mark porterfield, What a let down you are to the company and your staff. I was on track to get my car on time within a 7-10 day time scale, i have sold my car after 7 days to acconadate a new car. I was by the 10th day wondering why nobody had contacted me regarding delivery/collection of my vehicle, so i called up and asked the question. I was then referred to a manager called mark, who was very rude and had no proffesional custoner facing/problem solving skills what so ever, i was astounded by the level of utter disregard for me as the customer who paid 9 thousand pound yes 9 thousand pound on a car i was told had no issues before agreeing to buy the car, i rang up to get a idea where and how long the car was going to be as i had no car and have been paying to get to and from work for over a week now which coukd cost anything from 20 pounds dsily to 50 pounds daily depending on where my shift is, i asked for maybe a extended warrenty when the car comes but i was told no and i asked why he said because he did not want to, later that day i was told about 3 issues the car had, which was a locking issue with the boot and the key needs coding and it was at a audi specialist also i rang up on the 14th day and was told there was another issue with the electrics so i have tried to escalate it and mark porterfield from national car hub said he was the boss there is no higher and he would not be passing it over to the investors as i had already emailed the company who which mark has read and not acknowledged at all. Pmease if your thinking about getting a car from here no not bother and go elswear as you will be treated better if you was on facebook market place.. Rohan Niel Shamina I can not fault your service your all an assett to national car hub but it is a real shame your led by a baffoon, i hope these 3 guys progress through national car hub or even better away from national car hub as they deserve better peirs than mark, he makes them look even better with his stinking attitude, Over all i wish the team a great future with there roles and in the hope mark goes on sone training or maybe rohan or niel move up to marks job as he does not deserve it at all. Couldn't agree more with this review. Mark overheard my conversation with Neil over an issue I said, he was just walked over and literally interrupted the conversation and tried to fob me off yet I was rising a very valid concern. I think left alone, Neil could have handled it better. Terrible customer service!
!! DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS BUSINESS !! Bought a second hand car from this dealership in December and has given them every chance to make right what was wrong. They have acted in an illegal manner with denying me my statutory rights by refusing me to return the car within 28 days and not honouring the warranty. I will be reporting them to trade standards. !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !! Here's a timeline of issues: First day of having the car the engine warning light came on. Error code was stating an issue with the coolant temperature sensor. The car was back a total of 4 times without solving the issue. After the 28 days they refused to carry out any more repairs despite this clearly being covered due to the issue being raised during warranty. Second day plume of white smoke coming from the exhaust, car was in two times before this was sorted. At no point was an apology offered. As the car was in for repairs they had clearly leaned or put something heavy on the charger to my dascham causing not only the charger to break but also broke the cigar lighter. I could prove it was them since the dashcam was working pulling up to the dealership. They refused to acknowledge this and offered be £10 in compensation. They had installed the incorrect bulbs in the car causing a fire hazard as the wires had to be replaced. I had to pay for this out of pocket with my own garage. Dealership no longer returning my calls. Whooping and whining noise from engine for about 20 minutes before all power was lost. Likely to be an issue with the alternator. Dealership still not returning my calls. STAY AWAY from this dealership as you will be met with respect and manners while purchasing the car, but as soon as anything goes wrong they will do everything to not deal with you, EVEN if this means that they are conducting their business in a unethical and outright illegal manner. Since the only point of buying through a dealership is peace of mind, save your money and buy privately or go to a different dealership. You will absolutely not get a peace of mind from this business as you can tell from their one star reviews. Disgraceful business. Car hub, if you're reading this you know how to contact me. I might consider not reporting you to the trade standards for your transgressions if you take the car back and return my money.

These guys went above and beyond all my expectations. I know it was only a 6 year old Mercedes I purchased but from start to finish I was treated very well, my emails answered and car was as described when I went to pick it up. I had a problem with one of the LED's on the indicator about 3 weeks later to which I was booked in and fixed with no drama. Will buy my next car from there no doubt
