Before i start my review i thik its worth notin whats above this review 23rd out of 23 in Walsall 9201 out of 9504 Nationally Says it all really! Avoid Avoid Avoid It all started when i put a deposit down on RF16VUV. The finance was being supplied via Zuto and everthing was going to plan until i startrd asking when the car could be collected. Fobbed off several times, so i involved Zuto and was told by the that the dealership didnt have my contact details. Funny that as it was them who phoned me for the deposit! Im currently in the situation where Zuto paid an amount to the dealer with me part exchanging and all balances being settled. Howevr having spoken to the several times regarding the last MOT that had 2 crititcal advisorarys on it i was getting different answers. Thats when i looked at the Trust Pilot reviews and a whopping 37% are 1 star. At this point i advised both Zuto and the dealership i was withdrawing from the deal. Cut to Today The car is back on sale, but they have not returned the funds to Zuto (Is this even legal?) So my name is still on a finance agreement for a cari have never physically seen or intend to buy. My next moves are Police, Trading Standards, finacial ombudsman and any other avenues i can pursue I going to post quite offten to let people how this pans out Once again Avoid at all costs

Brandon was great in selling the car, he assured us that everything that we have agreed will happen. Also he wrote on their system a few important things to male sure that nothing will be missed. I was called 5 days later by handover team to let me know that the car is ready for collection. I could not go that day and I have said that I’ll come next day for collection. On arrival the car was not ready, need it service camp belt to be changed something that Brandon assured us that will happen plus a plastic that was hanging from underneath the car. challenging the agent for the car they’ve said that they were busy and could not do it. I have then challenged the fact that they called me to tell me to collect the car. I came from far away to collect the car, to be told that i need to wait 3-4 hours more to see what they can do to fix the car. At the moment even though it says service done, oil is at minimum…..not sure is they have checked or really services the car…. Very bad experience. A lot of lies and they were blaming each other continuously. When i drove on long distance, we can hear x2 noises that we were not able to hear when we test it.

If you do one thing as a result of reading this review please let it be AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I have 5 months of stress, awful customer service and being lied to by this place. I honestly can not put into words how awful the whole experience was (and to some extend still is!) and it all started on the day I was foolish enough to buy a used car from here. The situation is long and drawn out so I will spare your the details and just give you the highlights. Basically the car wasn't serviced (as promised) before collection. Had low oil light come on 3rd day on having the car. The clutch went twice and the car was returned to them twice, for the same problem. On both occasions the day they said they were collecting the car they failed to collect it. On both occasions they claimed there was nothing wrong with the car and I was lied to be the aftersales team (who claimed no work had been done to the car) but the mechanic Adam told me they had refilled the clutch hydraulics. I asked for my money back the second time the clutch went. One courtesy car was mouldy and frankly disgusting not fit to be driven by anyone (which they were going to charge me £50 a day for when I asked for my money back). They damaged the car when they had it the first time and never replied to my complaints about it - which is just awful customer service!! They have refused to unwind the agreement and I had to get the FOS involved which took months. 5 months of phone calls, chasing people, no car ( work 45 miles from my home so car is vital) and paying tax, insurance and finance on a car that I had driveable with me for a total of 11 days!! The aftersales team are frankly useless and I feel for them having to front a business as bad as this one. Eventually I got my money back but I understand they (NCH) still have not accepted the rights to reject from the finance company and so have not paid them back!! Oh and I was made to wait an hour when I had arranged a collection date and time when initially collecting the car.....and they knocked £800 from the part ex value of my trade in. I wish I had walked away at that point and kept my old car....honestly the whole experience left me drained and not trusting any car dealerships now. Awful awful place - please stay clear of them!!

Scam company. Selling dodgy cars. After Sale is horrible. Avoid at any cost.
We paid for the extended warranty and service plan. There was a fault which took them nearly 6 months to rectify as the couldn't get the parts. I'm not entirely convinced that the problem is fixed. They had the car to do the repair plus the mot and service. To be fair they did bring the car back to my house, minus the entry in the service book which I left on the passenger seat. They said they would post another one to me. They haven't. Plus the oil hasn't been changed so, how have they serviced the car? I've telephoned them numerous times and sent WhatsApp messages. They just keep fobbing me off
I purchased a Volkswagen Golf from these guys and it was great! No issue from start to finish. Service was great, was offered a great cuppa while waiting which wasn’t long at all. Handover was quick and in a few hours I’m driving my new car home. Would definitely recommend National Car Hub to anyone who wants a great car for a reasonable price!

These guys sold me a Vauxhall Insignia, I appreciate it’s a used car but there pre sales checks and salespeople aren’t worth the paper and seats they are sat on. From day one driving home I realised there was problems with the vehicle. Upon realising this I called them and the sales guy sammie and handover guy Zack where never available to talk to . So isopod to someone in after sales who said “take it to your local dealer “ so today I’ve had it in my local Vauxhall dealer. There all my suspicions were confirmed. The car is a” bag of spanner’s” as referred to by the service manager and receptionist. There’s evidence the car has been in a front end impact . Which answers the knocking from the front . There’s evidence the vehicle has had work done on the rear and the rear suspension is fitted incorrectly, this answers the knocking from the rear. Theresa noise from the gearbox, which means the box removing for further investigation. Three is numerous faults stored in the engine management system. I was also assured on more than one occasion by sammie , and his colleague who did the test drive on December 30th that the water pump and cam belt had been changed when in fact today I had confirmation from Vauxhall they hadn’t so yet more lies .ALL Ai can say is avoid this garage as they are clearly saying things to get you to buy a vehicle. I’ve attached copies of the information from an independent dealer who have summed up the car with the wording “ bag of spanner’s” . If I was able to leave zero stars for the I would but sadly had to give one .

Stephen Simmons in response to Awful
Iv just bought an insignia from these a white estate not the same one is it ?
This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. Do not believe anything they say on their website about quality checks etc, the car I bought was awful. It was so bad that I rejected it and thankfully got my money back. I’m still about a £1000 out of pocket and they refuse to compensate in any form. Seriously avoid these!
