Purchased my first car from National Car Hub and I couldn’t be happier. Service was fantastic from my fist telephone call to the collection of my car. I’ve had my car for a few months now and it’s great. I would highly recommend to all friends and family. Thanks guys

For future customers considering purchasing a car with this dealership, don’t waste your time as this company is very unprofessional. One of the dealership employees named Marie Hughes was 'dealing with my sale' and she was awful, bad customer service, didn't know how to communicate, doesn't even know how to put the phone down, I was left on the phone for an hour after she was 'getting the manager' whilst being on the phone, Miss Hughes breeched GDPR regulations, and was also bad mouthing customers. The conversation was also recorded when asked to provide proof of the conversations, they failed to do so. This dealership has been dishonest by not making me aware of the admin fees upfront and tried to add them in once I signed the agreement, when I rang the finance company they said this wasn’t true and they have no idea where this came from, again this was all on record.
Please be warned! Brought a white ford c max da15mzy with black alloys, the day we had it we had heater issue, battery died 5 days after having it ( they agreed to pay for battery to be fitted on drive, however this took well over a month of nagging) followed by seatbelt tear in rear ( not failure) followed by noise on front, black coolent bottle, tyre needed doing, disc and pads not sorted has stated. I had this car taken to halford for safety check and my garage how told me to take it back it could cost hundreds. The car was finally collected by them and a courtesy car supplied ( which was disgraceful, bold tyres so could use at all. My car went in for 4 new tyres, they scratched all around the rim of my black alloys three of which were ruined! They failed to fix seatbelt, they didn't fix heater has they has said, and told me the noise on front was rust. So worried about safety of car I had my garage provide me with report about issues, stating noise on front was clutch and need new clutch kit! And heater not fixed and causing heating issues in engine, a headgasket failing. Confirmed they damaged three alloys, and seat belt not fixed. I'm disgusted with the service the girls are polite and all but nothing was done, they said they get back to me many times and didn't. The whole experience has cause me mental health problems and requiring medication. I'm left without a car for transport my disabled daughter around. Luckily I had car ha finance and finance company have helped me take it back, Im awaiting deposits back which I've no doubt I will need to chase. Worst experience buying a car I have ever had. I would not recommend them at all. And I hope of Ur reading this u will proceed with caution. My experience has scared me. I'm so nervous about getting another car.

Bought what looked like a lovely VW CC in March 2023. DPF light was on when we looked at it and was assured it would be dealt with properly before we purchased the vehicle, obviously we were concerned as that is not what you want to see when purchasing a used car. Also completely Bald spare tyre which is illegal for an MOT, said they would replace it, So 1st April we went to pick the car up. But we asked for a test drive before we went any further as there was no fuel in it on the day we looked at it and wanted to make sure the DPF light was off and there was no other lights on the dash etc. We also found the car had suddenly got small dents on the drivers door, deep scratch and dent on the rear nearside door and all 4 alloys curbed, So we said we were not paying for the car as it was not what we saw previously, They were not happy that we wanted the Deposit back. We were going to walk away as already it appeared this company just wanted your money, we had been trying to get in contact with them for over a week to see when we could collect the car but nobody answered calls or emails. This vehicle was £10k so not cheap for an 8 year old car but as it had low mileage and it was a reasonable conditon at the time of viewing, we felt it would serve our needs. God we were so wrong!!!! After some discussions and deliberation we took ownership of the car. We had 28 days free warranty (not worth written on the paper) so we then found a wheel wobble at 50-60mph so took it to Kwik Fit to get tyres checked and wheels balanced, We were told that there was a buckle in the Front nearside alloy and no weights on the wheel itself and also there was a very old cracked tyre on the nearside rear. How did this pass the MOT one now asks! So we decided the wheel/tyre issues needed to be dealt with as a matter of urgency and paid to get them sorted. Couple of days later couldnt start vehicle and called RAC out, the battery was dead so had to spend £150 on a new one. So then off we go down the M5 and then the steering wheel becomes a living nightmare almost uncontrollable and we managed to pull over to the hard shoulder, dont know how we got there tbh, we found the brake caliper had seized on. RAC had to come out to release it to enable us to get off the Motorway, We then had to go to a garage to get a new brake caliper fitted at a cost of £171!! to continue our journey, plus call out fee of £40 to the RAC. So then the Engine Light came on whilst on our homeward journey, now diagnosed as a blocked/damaged EGR Valve, So another £850 at VW costs to put it right and also more money to change rear brake pads as they are very very low. We honestly can't see what 28 days warranty could offer let alone asking customers to PAY £600 for a Warranty document. We have spent somewhere in the region of £11k on this vehicle now and its only worth £8085, this company need to be dealt with by Trading Standards, VOSA, etc etc. This vehicle was not roadworthy and should not have been on the road dread to think what other vehicles as like. VOSA need to visit their MOT garage and this dealership as a matter of urgency. Selling cars with dodgy MOTs is against the law. AVOID THE NATIONAL CAR HUB, CHESTER ROAD, ALDRIDGE!!!!!!!! 0 stars would be my rating.

Review for National Car Hub Aldridge West Midlands. I saw an add in a well known car add place online, it was for a Renault Captur. I phoned up National Car Hub, who were selling the car, and agreed reluctantly to take £10,000 for my Electric car, (I believed it was worth a lot more) and placed a deposit of £500. After two and a half weeks of phone calls made by me, I finely had a collection day, and arranged insurance, and someone to stay with my wife, (she was not very well) I spoke to the sales man, Mr Page, the day before, and said, as I had 225 miles to travel to them, I hoped there would be no problems, and they would not mess me about, he said, "we are a reputable company, and don't do things like that" I said I would arrive in Aldridge around midday. Next morning I got up at 4am and left at 5am, I charged 3 times on the way up and arrived at 11.30 I wiped the Bluetooth phone memory, and went into the building, (I could not see the Renault outside) I was asked to sit and wait, after half an hour I noticed a grey haired man at a desk, so went up to him and asked if he was Mr. Page, he said he was, and we introduced ourselves, I asked where the car was, and he said, "In the workshop" I said you told me it was ready, he said that they were just giving it a final clean, I said that I had a long drive home, and could we do the paperwork so I could get going, he got a young lady to get me a coffee and said that I would have to deal with another person who was the handover man, and to please sit and wait, a few minutes later he came and asked me for the keys to the EV, I said shell I come with you to check it over, he said no, it has to go to the workshop, it is just a formality, I said OK, but I would like to get sorted and on my way home, he said wont be long now. After another long wait, a young man came up to me and said his name was Paul, and we shook hands, he sat opposite me and looked very worried, I said can we conclude the deal please, I want to go home, he said I think that there is a problem with the car, I said "you are joking, I was told it was ready" he said, I mean with your EV, I said what is wrong with the EV, I know of nothing, it has a full service history and is in A1 condition, he said "but it is an Electric Car, I said, so, you knew it was an Electric Car, he said but we are not going to take your car, and got up and walked away. Well, I EXPLODED, I shouted, is this Candid Camera, no one answed, I went up to Mr, Page and said "What the hell is going on" he would not look at me, and said, "it has nothing to do with me, I became apoplectic, and started swearing a lot, and said I wanted to see a manager or someone in charge, as there were a lot of other customers in the room, and they were all looking at me, they ushered me to a glass walled office, where there was a man who said he was in charge, I said what the heck are you people playing at, I'm nearly 75 are you trying to give me a heart attack, you knew that my car was an EV two and a half weeks ago, I was very emotional and on the verge of tears, I phoned my wife, who burst into tears and kept saying "why are they doing this to us". I think that the man in the office was the owner of the establishment, Mr Sharaaz Ahmed, who was very unsympathetic, and just said, we don't want your car, please just leave, I said I want my £500 back, he went to his computer, then gave me a Debit Card receipt which he said was a refund of the deposit. (which I now have) As I left the office, I stopped in the middle of the room and said, "I apologise ladies for my very bad language, but I am very distressed" I was ushered out of the building, and I said where is my car, the man said "we will bring it round when we are ready, a few minutes later the car arrived, a man got out and chucked me the keys, I went to the car and saw that the mats were covered in black greasy marks, I tried to shake some of it off, I parked the car in a space, then I did break down in tears, after I pulled myself together, I reprogrammed the Bluetooth for my phone, and then rang the insurance company and asked them to cancel the insurance on the Renault and reinsure my EV, I am insured with the AA and pointed out that there were signs all around saying that this car sales place was recommend by the AA and that one was in good hands with them, that this was a good place to buy a car, I asked the young man on the phone how he thought I had been treated, he said he was disgusted by what they had done to me. I charged three times more on the way home, total cost £76, EV's are now more expensive to run than ICE cars, I got home at 9pm, total 16 very distressing hours, this will be a ONE Star review.

In September 2022, I bought a blue Vauxhall corsa from National Car Hub.I can now say it was the best car I’ve ever bought not only for the excellent quality of the car, but the exceptional customer service from both sales and aftersales. I placed a reservation fee over the phone to take the car off the market until I came to have a look the next day and I absolutely fell in love with the car.I decided to go ahead and after 7 days, the car was ready to collect. The handover was perfect and they showed me things I didn’t even know I could do with the car. After 4 months within purchase,we ran into a slight problem with was sorted out quickly by the lovely Aftersales woman.I’d like to say a massive thank you to sales and aftersales for being the most genuine and patient staff I’ve ever spoke to!
I’d like to start of by saying a massive thank you to everyone at National Car Hub for not only my car but the joy and happiness that was brought to me by their wonderful staff throughout the whole process from start to finish, keep doing what your doing, couldn’t recommend them anymore!
