Morris Bought re vouxall Astra early June 2002 Paid for delivery of the car when received key was in ignition took key out key was broke .complain that hour by phone and Email sent picture of broken key after 3 weeks of phone calls that they did not ring back once.they finally agrees to replace. What a lie 2 weeks later no key .keep ringing more lies sent out in the post.8 days later still no key sent tracking number by tex another lie.they are all nice until yo part with your hard urned cash the the after service is a pauling lies lies and more lies have to use different phones so they will answer use same number twice you get no answer. Ask to speak to the manager no manager ask For the complaints department no complaints department. Do not use this dealer keep well away They need reporting to trading standards but what l have read on here that would be a wast of time. Nil stars from me for after sakes

Avoid at any cost. They don't answers calls after selling the car, lie and luckily we took the finance via our back so they took the car back (a Mazda 6 from 2015). The problems? Missing parking sensors, faulty hitting die to a component removed from the engine. Basically the car was a piece of junk that needed repairs for a couple of thousand pounds. They promise a lot but deliver very little. Rude customer service and very unprofessional.

Appalling service, tried to contact Sharaaz Ahmed with no joy. Bought car from this showroom and it is not fit for purpose. Sharaaz Ahmed CEO of National Car Hub is a scammer with no integrity. I paid over 10000 for a car which was faulty. Sharaaz Ahmed if you reading this then know Trading Standards will be contacting you soon! Goodbye to NATIONAL CRAP HUB!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ***edit*** Car was sold faulty... Was taken to a local garage to find that it needs a new gearbox clutch dual mass. The gearbox had been reconditioned by national car hub prior to me buying it. However this information wasn't disclosed before they took my money. Now currently have no car as its at the local garage with all parts removed and national car hub battle to find warrenty replacement... Reported to trading standards and the finance company complaints. Still awaiting my warrenty information rights and complaint info from national car hub who do not respond. ***edit 2*** Car recieved back on 12th April with yet again another 2nd hand gear box which broke after just 150 miles. Now back to square one with the car awaiting repair and guess what they want to fit a 3rd 2nd hand gear box... No way!!! Was told the gearbox was new not reconditioned!!! *** edit 3 *** After numerous calls to pheobe and email to the director Adam it is clear national car hub do not care about what they sell or customer service. They refuse to fit a new gearbox and will only supply a 2nd hand one from ebay (to a high performance vehicle which they sold me for 10k) the complaints team are now dealing with a rejection for me and the car is going back for a full refund!! Not only am I now £600 out of pocket whilst the shitty repairs were done 1st time. I have to wait for my 10k finance to clear on my credit before I can even look at buying another car. ***Edit 3 *** Handed the car back REG GX16YVY on 5th May and still waiting for my money back. Since this date I was sent a text on 19th saying my money was processed back to my card. Which it hasn't as I've phoned the bank. From this day forward I have had no information on where my money is and all I get is I will speak to accounts. Was then informed they had sold the car even though I have money in the vehicle and my private plates still have not been removed. The garage don't even have a log book as I'm waiting for one to arrive in the post. I'm still the registered keeper and the car is sorn off road. Feel sorry for the new buyer of £9995 car which has had 3 gearboxes in and not able to tax or drive it. PHEOBE (AFTER SALES THEY CALL THERE IGNORANCE) AND ADAM (APPRENT DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY) DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMOANY currently having to go through my complaints team with my finance to sort it out. Communication is non exist ant unless you ring and email constantly. Car has damage to it what wasn't pointed out before purchase. They are also claiming there 7 to 10 period is to service mot and rectify issues. We was informed it was having some repairs to dents and paint. Non have been done. Service was done in Dec and mot November so that wasn't done. Upon collection we was told they couldn't tell us anything about work carried out because that team isn't available on a Sunday. When got the car home it has either a release bearing problem or the dual mass is on its way out. Was told we didn't need a test drive and to trust that it was an amazing car (should never of bought it) Still ongoing issues which under warrenty I will make sure get rectified but stay clear of this place unless you have plenty of time to chase them up and it's a very slow process Holding deposit paid on 25th February and today its still not sorted.

Avoid this place - very unprofessional and racist staff who deceive customers. When I was viewing a car, the salesman was very disrespectful to me as a Polish woman and at one point even said 'Polish women are hard work'. He also deceived us by stating that the car had parking sensors and that it would be professionally cleaned, with stains removed, before we collect the car. After putting down a deposit of £250 and waiting a week, we arrived to pick up the car and on arrival we were faced with a car that has not been cleaned on the inside at all. All of the stains and marks were still present, despite having had reassurance that they will be removed. The sales person proceeded to clean the car in front of us with a wipe, which was not the professional valeting we were promised and did not remove the stains in the seat. Furthermore the car did not have parking sensors, which I was reassured were there previously. The sales person was not apologetic in the slightest and did not try to resolve the problem at all and was very unprofessional and patronising. I feel very let down by this service and I am very disappointed with my overall experience. I contacted AA to complain, who were having difficulties reaching the service for weeks and eventually could not help resolve the issue, which again was disappointing and shows that 'AA approved' does not give you any extra security when buying a car.
Really happy with my purchase and the friendly salesman Neil who guided me through the trade in/new featured on my car!

Every step was so simple I called up to book a viewing on a Mercedes A class and a very polite young lady named tash approached me, to which she got a sales man called Harry. To say he was professional would be an understatement, he helped answer all my questions and even got me a great finance deal! Was so happy to get a clean MOT and fresh service! Every thing was so easy, so just want to say a huge thank you to NCH for my new car!

Attended to look for a BMW 5 series but got taken back by a audi a8. After discussion with Sam was able to get a great finance deal. I nearly drop down dead at the offer. Went home to have a think about it and was able to call back and put a deposit down. Couple of days later it had a full Mot, service and was even valeted to a professional standard. Handover was quick and easy. The lady made it so simple. They even pi key me up from the nearest train station. These guys and girls go above and beyond to help you. Anyone looking for quality customer care this is where to go.
Bought a car from National Car Hub and oh my i was impressed, from start to finish it was a smooth ride and the car was ready much earlier than expected. Neil was great and easy to choose the car and Paul made the handover process quick and smooth. Thank you
