Arrived at the national car hub this weekend to collect a car I had recently ordered. After a quick look around the car was in below poor condition which I will come back to speaking about shortly. So I approached a member of staff who was to busy on his mobile smoking a vape to be interested so after a 20min wait I finally got approached. I began the conversation with the safety inspection checks that I was advised they do prior to customers collecting, which they reassured me this is done to be 100 percent sure the cars are save. WELL so this car failed an MOT on the 18th December with a OSF headlight and retested again on the 18th December which passed. Easy done they must of fitted a new head light you say. But no because I arrive on the 12 of March to find a damaged and faulty headlight with bulbs missing. So I told the sale assistant who went and looked and still didn’t see a issue so I insisted I point this out to him at this point he managed to notice the issue and called a mechanic across who removed the headlight and admitted it had bunt itself inside that’s why the lights don’t work. Anyway this issue was fixed and then I happed to look at the break disk to find extremely damaged disk on both sides with 4mm deep groves ripped into them APPARENTLY a stone must of done this bringing it round from the car park I was told. So of the sales rep goes to speak to the manager again who advised they couldn’t get car parts from euro parts on a Saturday so I got my mobile out and rang euro parts and asked if they could get some disks to the national car hub and guess what they said yes no problem at all. So then the manager arrives and said we will order them but we won’t fit them because the machines finish early on a Saturday even though he knew we travelled 130 miles for this car. But this is where things get really good he asked if we could take the new disks and get them fitted another day at our expense back in Lincolnshire 😂. How many times do you get asked that when buying a car. Now 4 hours have gone by and he comes back and decides they will fit them after he had listened to me speaking with the vehicle driving agency about the national car hub wanting to send me of with unsafe breaks and new ones in a box to fit another day So we are now waiting again and I though I would identify the tyres all 4 tyres had large amounts of damage on the sidewalls so I spoke to the manager who said they was fine and they would be changed if we paid the bill. So I asked him to write me a letter saying they was fit for the road which he did. So at this point am thinking the car had a MOT 3 months ago around the corner that the national car hub use all the time. The car light failed then passed yet the lamp was old and burnt out. All tyres have large damage and cuts on the side walls and the disks are highly damaged seems like someone’s not taking MOTs very serious. So Monday I have the car booked in to the VSA to inspect to MOT standards so let’s see how that goes. The overall condition of the car was shocking cracked number plate. Broken wheel cap. Which I can deal with but safety is another issue. I’ll sing a way to submit pics of this car in national car hub on collection day with damaged headlamp bulbs missing unsafe break disks and cut tyres. Avoid this place at all costs don’t let them keep risking people’s safety to make a few more £££££
Travelled over 160miles to collect a car that had apparently passed a full MOT and had no damage. Damaged light after telling them and 1hr of arguing and being told it wasn't damaged a full new one was fitted. Scratches all over th3 car when none where on the advert. Then i noticed the tyres where not legal full of cracks etc and break discs where all worn they said the tyres where fine and wanted me to take some new break discs and fit them at home. OR AS THE MANAGER SAID WELL DONT BUY IT THEN GO HOME 🙄. VERY CUSTOMER FOCUSED "NOT" DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Brought a car from nch Aldridge in Walsall have had a problem with the headlights and bodywork have so many times to try to get it sorted but to no avail won't ring you back very unprofessional people don't go near this place to get a car lies lies and more lies

Shocking customer service. In less than 6 months i have a fault with the car. The garage wont let me book it in under the 6 months guarantee even though they dont know what the issue is!!! Rang 10 times, emailed 5 times, not once have i had a response. Once you have the car they dont care about any issues. Please dont loose out like i have

Please be aware of this company, my daughter bought a car off these people and within 3 weeks it broke down with a major drivetrain issue and oil loss, they eventually gave her a courtesy car which broke down less than 2 weeks after having it with a probable cause of a cracked engine block. It has now been 7 weeks and the car has still not been repaired and they are refusing a refund. Please avoid this place at all costs as having 2 cars off them and both were extremely dangerous and had major faults that looked like were known but botched up to pass on the cars. Update - Car still not repaired and all they have done in the 7-8 weeks is change an airflow sensor in response to the major drivetrain issue, have started court action this week to get the refund after they refused to give one. The company have had the car more than we have now. Update 2 - Court action successful and refund been offered, the car itself when we went yesterday wouldn’t start, the doors wouldn’t open, the battery was flat and they still had made no effort to repair it.Please please stay away from this company as we had a very dangerous and unroad worthy car from them and also the courtesy car broke down after about a week. All in all a very unprofessional company who were very rude and unhelpful throughout all the process which has been a nightmare. Will never use them again and hope this review helps other people.

Worst place I have ever bought a car from , lovely while they are taking your money , then when something goes wrong they don’t return your calls , have your car for weeks and it’s still not fixed !! Really wouldn’t recommend

I purchased my first vehicle a VW Polo from NCH two years ago. The vehicle has served me very well. I was very happy with the service and the car that I went to upgrade at NCH. Again I was very impressed with the variety of stock and customer service. I found a Mercedes C Class which i purchased. I got a great deal on my Part ex and a fantastic finance deal. Highly recommend NCH. Thank you guys

NCH should be closed for the service that was provided to me. After purchasing the car, engine lights appeared on our trip home. This resulted in me discussing with NCH and agreeing to be looked at by an independent garage who found I had been sold a car that needed a new clutch and gearbox and the vehicle should not have passed its MOT and was unsafe to be driven. When discussing with NCH, they claimed I had not taken it to a reputable garage. Under my consumer rights, I rejected the car and requested a full refund. NCH refused this, which resulted in an 7 month court claim and multiple court hearings against NCH. Based on the evidence the court found in my favour, and it was only upon the threatening on removal of cars by bailiffs from their forecourt, did NCH agree to abide by the courts ruling, a month earlier. In no way could I have been more dissatisfied with the service and car sold and I thoroughly hope no one else has to go through a similar experience.

I've had a great experience with national car hub, from start to finish staff couldn't do enough to help me they also kept me update during the preparation process I'm so happy will recommend to anyone
I'm soon happy with my new car,staff were super helpful from getting me an appointment same day all the way down to the day I collected staff were very helpful and patient
