Booked appointment to view mazda 6 on the 19.08.2021 at 11.30am. Arrived on time, however no one to speak to or anywhere the car to be seen. After about 30 minutes waiting called the garage from the premises! I was assured by the lady who answered the phone that she is waiting for me at the reception! Also informed me that the salesman I spoke to last night was on a day off today! So I made my way to the reception from just outside the garage! But surprise! No one there again! At this point after waiting for about an hour and driven about 100 miles for my so called appointment I gave up and drove back home! If you want to wast your time and your money make an appointment to view a car at this garage! They clearly dont need your money, take your business elsewhere! I will stick to main dealers from now on! Wild west comes to mind!!!!!

Yes, I meant to put the full stops into the heading. Where to begin with National Car Hub Walsall..... Promised multiple call backs. Never happened. Car is now having issues, 2 weeks after purchasing. The after sales department are complete D@&ks!! Literally not interested. Buying a car is a huge decision for a family. They clearly don’t appreciate this.

Must admit always a bit apprehensive shopping for a car but these guys were great and put me at ease. Never felt pressured or obliged to make a decision on the spot. A varied forecourt and a well informed and professional sales team . Ticked all the boxes and I left the showroom a very happy lady
