I was a little worried about buying my first car during the lockdown as you’re not aloud on to the site but the sales team were amazing and really helpful through the whole process. I was sent pictures and videos of the car explaining all of the features and what it came with. It was so quick and easy and I’m extremely happy with my new purchase. Thank you National Car Hub, I will most definitely be back :)
Has been an absolute nightmare once signing the paperwork to have the car. After sales service has been shocking. Manager is extremely. Rude. And unhelpful. Problems with the car within the first few weeks. Not helpful at all. Currently going through complaints with VOSA and citizens advice.

Great sales team, prompt response, quick to answer questions and provide details of a vehicle we had viewed online. Due to the current pandemic we asked them to provide videos and photos as my wife didn't feel comfortable about going to dealership at the time. We were happy we what we saw in the information provided to get them to deliver the car to us as well. Purchase was effortless, they could do enough to help deliver the vehicle. This is where the good news ends. The vehicle was purchased August last year, with a view to getting the wife mobile again but as were a two car family and I had been told to work from home shortly after purchase it ended staying in the garage 99% of the time until 2 weeks ago bar some quick trips to the shop. When the wife started using the car, and after the first decent rainfall near us that the car had been outside in, well the pictures do the talking. It was taking on water through the roof and now mould is developing inside. Thinking well they were really good in getting the car to us and upon first the call I was greeted with "Well it's over your 28 days, you should of inspected the car within that time we cannot "won't by the attitude" able to sort this for you - I guess a bucket test to make sure the car can go out in the rain is something we all do right within the first month of owning a car, heaven forbid we have a dry spell!! A £3,000 purchase that could be fixed i am guessing with some new seals and/or some cleaning has been left to ourselves to sort because they have little to no customer service and/or offer to help. When asked to provide evidence of inspections as it was claimed that this is checked before delivery/collection - i was refused. Truly abysmal business from my experience.

Was a pleasure to deal with at first but once you place a deposit with them it goes downhill from there. They rang us last minute to collect the car - it wasn’t even valeted, had to arrange to bring it back. Since speaking with them about this they claim that myself and my mother just turned up on site with no appointment, although, I told the salesperson that I would sort out the car insurance and make my way to them. Had an issue with the brakes on the vehicle and spoke with the sales person about it, he wanted my mother to bring back the car on two separate occasions, even though from the get go we mentioned that we were not local. Going forward found that the mirror on the sun visor was smashed, the reversing camera would just black out, the handbrake would not release, spoke to someone on the phone regarding it and reluctantly they agreed to book the vehicle in. They had the car for a few days and claimed the work had been done, made arrangements and collected the vehicle only for the issue with the handbrake to still be there. The rude technician tried to say that the work had been completed although the handbrake light was still showing even though it had been released. After stating that we would not be driving the vehicle with the issue still being there he called for his manager who then came out to the car and essentially tried to pull the wool over eyes by stating the issue was sorted but the handbrake light was still on. Just ridiculous behaviour for no reason. They took the car round and looked at the sensor and the issue did not return... till the next day. They currently have the vehicle again after numerous phone calls. If I could some up my experience with this dealership I would just say it was just an inconvenience. From the manager, to the sales person and the technician just absolutely rude and no consideration for people’s time and money. As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Please take my advice and stay away from them. Very poor customer service and poor management.
