Visited dealership over the weekend treated well from start to finish would recommend to friends and family not pushy at all we were left to our own devices and help offered when needed
Excellent personal service - from the initial viewing, through the buying to the superb after-sales service. Very pleased with car, and would most definitely use them again, and highly recommend this garage.
Bought a mitsubishi outlander from this so called national car hub car dealer was the mother of all nightmare to me. Put down a deposit for the car and was told that it gonna be 4-7 days before it already for delivery.(wanted delivery paid £300+extra) To my surprise the next day I got a call saying now it's going to be 7-10 days which still I'm ok with it. Then finally the day has come, to my horror I got a text saying my car is ready for collection! I mean HELLO I paid for it to be delivered. So gave them a c all saying my car are meant to be delivered not collection then they said they will update me with a delivery time. Guess what no news what soever. Next day gave them a call and was told their system was down so can't be contacted. (Ya right do I look like I was born yesterday?) Another day past called them again asking where is my car and was told after whole payment was paid it will be delivered today.( fine when on to online payment ) After that called them again said that payment done when is my delivery gonna be and was told the delivery guy have had the car.(13:50) (Birmingham to Bristol)Finally! I gonna see my car around 5-5:30 today. 6 o'clock have past....... half 6........7!!!! Finally my car is here at 7! At last my car is here but it's dark now how suppose I check the car now well I can do it tomorrow. Next day I can't wait to jump in the car to try it. Like any horror movies the nightmare continues!!! Have walk around check on the car(some cosmetic paint damage some little dent) front bumper paint are different from the car . FINE! I told myself Im am buying a second hand car some scratches small dents even a minor accident( obviously the bumper been changed) I can deal with that. The moment I pushed the start button asc warning pops up. Hold on a minute you guy needed 10days to check on the car. And this happened the first time I start the car! So bring the car down to the garage I normally goes to have a check(eventually managed to clear it with the obd machine). Now it's the second day at my house I have noticed some oil on my drive as I drive it to work and after work it was parked up on the some place so now I actually go down to have a look again to my horror the underarms have all covered in oil this time the floor are covered in engine oil. Called the after sale department today and was asked to go to a garage for a diagnosis to the let see what surprises to be found. Will update again very soon

I was sold a car that was faulty, had taken nearly a month to be ready from when I bough it (in hindsight an obvious red flag). I returned it and it was replaced with yet another faulty car, which also took weeks to be ready. The overall experience was horrible, poor customer service and had to constantly chase up for updates

After 12 months of owning a vehicle from National Carhub I feel that it is time to review based on the service received. It is for a car bought within the low budget afforded by my daughter purchased 12 months ago in the £5K bracket which may be relevant to some. National Car Hub as others have stated show a friendly face and good up front service. We were impressed with the salesman dealing with us and questions were answered. We also liked that they had own garage services on site and would ensure preparations for pick up - service, MOT, clean. All was well, but an issue was experienced in the first month , within the warranty from them. Unable to contact due to time of day, I took the decision to have the vehicle presented to my normal garage to have it quoted for repair. Before starting, a verbal agreement reached with National Car Hub for costs of the materials at least and because it would be difficult to return at a distance. This is where things went awry and 12 months on and numbers of calls and emails, no money received. They are very hard to get a hold of, do not respond to emails or voicemail. Even finding more issues, no response as the car is not worth repair now. I and my daughter will never return to or tell anyone they are worth visiting. I sincerely hope that if you spend your valuable money with them, you get a better service than we did.

In a nutshell: - car not according to specification upon collection - NCH repeatedly unable to fix issues - taken car to franchise dealership to rectify issues - waiting to get reimbursed nearly £1500 since Oct 2022 Sale preparations for the car that I bought from National Car Hub in May 2022 included a replacement of the head unit (computer). The standard functionality included Bluetooth connection for mobile phones. After picking up the car, it was mostly fine, except that I could not connect my phone via Bluetooth and that the connection for aux devices was not working either. I phone NCH and told them of the issues. Perhaps thinking that I was not competent to connect a Bluetooth phone myself, NCH requested that I come back to help me sort it out. Although this was a round trip of ~70 miles, I went and let them try hoping this would solve the issue. Unfortunately, they also failed to get the bluetooth connection working. In fact, they were completely puzzled about the issue. We agreed that I would get this checked at a franchised dealer as I was planning to use their free car check service. The franchised dealer found that the replacement head unit installed by NCH was the wrong type based on not being able to reprogramme it. They specified which unit would have to be fitted (as in 'factory fitted'). At this point, the best solution would have been to let the franchise dealer carry out the remedial work with NCH covering the cost, however, NCH insisted they would be able to do this more cost effective for them. I took the car back to NCH to let them fix it. I was given a ‘courtesy’ car (probably the worst ride they had in the yard!), it did not merit that name, it was filthy and of poor quality. Anyway, to cut a long story short: they changed the unit, told me it was working, I went back to pick up the car only to find that all programming of the unit had been lost and the unit was not functional. Everyone was gutted. I let the car there for another attempt and went back home again. A few days later, a different head unit had been fitted and programmed. Another 70-mile roundtrip to collect, but when I inspected the car, all programming was corrupt: no Bluetooth, no USB, in fact you could not change the volume of the unit and there was no possibility to interact with any of the various interfaces such as trip computer, driving mode, monitoring systems for tyre pressure etc. Seriously disappointed, I started thinking this would never be fixed and considered giving the car back and getting reimbursed. What’s the point of an otherwise nice car when you cannot even use the radio, on-board computer or connect phone and media. NCH asked to get a final chance to put things right. I grudgingly left the car, but this final attempt was also unsuccessful. At this point, I had lost all confidence that NCH (or anyone) would fix this issue. What’s more, I was about to go on my summer holiday and was properly piddled off that I would not even be able to enjoy the ‘normal’ functions of the radio etc. I got in writing from aftersales that they would cover the cost of fitting and programming the replacement unit fitted by my local franchise dealer after my holiday. Indeed, after my holiday the franchise dealer sorted the issue within a day(!). Everything has been absolutely fine since. It transpired that NCH had NOT put the correct type of head unit into the car (despite several attempts and having that information). As of writing this, I have waited 12 weeks for reimbursement by NCH. I must have phoned them well in excess of 25 times after submitting my cost claim. Aftersales say they want to pay, but the finance department are not processing the payment. They owe me nearly £1500.

Avoid this dealership at all costs!! Purchased a car earlier this year and part exchanged my vehicle at the time. Drove my new car home and the next day every light you could imagine came on the dashboard and it wouldn’t change gear. I had to call the garage to tell them I was returning the car but they would have to collect it as it was not driveable. When they finally collected it I asked them to cancel my agreement and give me back the car I had part exchanged to which they told me it had already been moved elsewhere (this turned out to be a lie as they then advertised it on their website for sale a week later) I had to chase for nearly a week for my money to be returned to me and the only reason I got it back was because my father turned up at the garage to complain. after finally receiving my money back they had still failed to take the car back out of my name and i had tax payments taken from my bank account to which I was not refunded. A few months later, I received a fine from the DVLA informing me my car which I had part exchanged was not insured, they had since sold this original vehicle to another customer and not transferred it from my name leaving me with a fine I had to pay. They assured me they would refund the money and still I have received nothing. I have been out of pocket over £200 because of this garage and their customer service has been shocking. If you want to buy a reliable car do not use this garage!! Would not recommend this company to anyone! Awful experience with hours of time wasted trying to resolve the problems. Wouldn’t even give one star but unfortunately have to to be able to post this review.

My advice is...stay clear these guys are scammers. Hopefully they will be removed from Autotrader
I travelled from Liverpool to view the car at National Car Hub and im so glad I did. I had two other cars to see but I did not bother as the car was immaculate and just as it was described. I was welcomed at the dealership and was given great advice on taking out finance. Highly recommend purchasing a car from National Car Hub.
My service of this company has been an absolute shambles from start to finish. Sold a faulty car, raised quite a few issues with the car only to have certain ones repaired... was given a courtesy car with no Tax or Mot (which they had to come and pick up to sort) as well as their mechanics leaving oil marks all over my roof lining promised £50.00 compensation that i've never received although chased on countless times. I have had to get the issues fixed myself and will now taking my complaint to the FOS as well as the ICO as they also do not know how to deal with a Data Subject Access Requests. IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS, THEY THINK THEY CAN RIP PEOPLE OFF AND DO WHAT THEY WANT WITHOUT FACING ANY CONSEQUENCES...
