Bought a captive from National Car Credit and they told me they replaced the turbo and had done loads of work now left with a very expensive paper weight an there after sales don't wanna know but expect me to keep paying them

National Car Credit delivered the car straight from auction, various faults found upon receipt, I was told these would be rectified. They had the car two weeks after telling me that the quotes i was getting were to hight. Car is now worse. I've since found out that the vehicle has been in quite a heavy accident, and incorrectly repaired, and now have a £1600 repair bill. They do not respond once they have sold you a vehicle. The warranty doesnt look more than the usual, i'm lucky to have it in writing twice that it is as stated in their adverts. Free AA cover is just a one use trial. Not seen a logbook, had to apply myself through DVLA, seems to be a common issue with these. Those that havent brought a car yet, STAY CLEAR. Those that have and Are having problems, contact your local CAB if you need advise, also report these to Warrington Trading Standards. If you have a valid claim against them I should process this promptly before they flood in.

Bought a lovely Ford Focus service from start to finish was A1 ***** would definitely buy again from them.

Traded a car in paid £4000 and with in 3 weeks had issues they attempted to repair the vehicle on 3 occasions and supplied me with a courtesy car and to my horror realised that the car was not taxed they have failed to repair the car which i have now had to do with another garage costing me allot of money they are now stating that i did not purchase the vehicle from him he now denies that i purchased 2 years warranty how ever the trading standards are investigating my issues the other vehicle i traded in has not been registered correctly with the DVLA my recommendation would be stay clear

Myself and my husband travelled from south wales to go and look at a few cars here. These guys were lovely couldn’t do more to help found us a car in a different area as there wasn’t anything there we wanted. They even lent us a car to drive home in to use while waiting for our car to be delivered. Friendly staff all happy to help thanks especially to Amy she was brilliant

Great service, and a really quick turnaround, went down on a Friday and drove away the same day with my new car, really helpful staff who will even chuck in a meal deal while your waiting, would definitely recommend, especially for those with bad credit rating such as myself who struggle to get finance.
