Staff at National Car Credit are very rude and threatening on the phone. Stay well clear.

Took a £100 deposit for car saying it's had 7 month mot. I then find out they had lied and it had no mot. When I rang them about the blatant lies they had told me and to ask for my deposit back, they hung up on me. Attitude of staff absolutely disgusting! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

My credit rating is really bad from my ex wife who got into a lot of joint debt without my knowledge but even though this is the cast a bad light they worked hard and managed to get me approved!!! I went straight down today and I met peter at the door he didn't pressure me and was friendly and helpful throughout I was only there for about a hour checking my paperwork and now I have arrived at home in my Ford Focus which is only £120 per month! My misses is also very happy with the vehicle which is the most important part ;)

I applied online and the same day National Car Credit invited me down I was greeted by Steve who offered me a coffee and a sit down we they had a walk around and looked at all the cars within my budget which was quite tight as I have 2 kids! I was surprised to find out that within my budget I could get a insignia 2010 within 78,000 miles!!! I signed the paperwork they gave me 5 days free insurance and I drove away the same day!

I have got a Ford Kuga on finance from National Car Credit, i was a bit dubious because there was a few negative reviews on here but they had me approved for finance so i thought i would hope for the best.. It was a great decision i was approved and went down the next day. Sam was helpfull and knowledgeable about the cars i was interested in and as i wanted a ford kuga they found me a kuga and brought it in stock the next day i went down it was exactly what i wanted. I was in and out in less than a hour with a free tank of fuel and they even fully valeted the car! its cleaner than ive ever had it looks brand new!!! Thank you Sam i love it!

WoW what can I say but you won't get a better car dealership that National Car Credit. Friendly and very helpful staff and every detail explained in easy to understand language. There was no pressure sales, no pushing for you to sign just a chat over coffee in a very relaxed atmosphere. A BIG thank you from us to all of your team for making buying a car as easy as 1.2.3.... Our situation changed dramatically leaving my Mrs paralysed from her shoulders down National Car Credit have helped us sort everything out and when the time is right for us we will be back to buy a bigger car.

Stay clear of National Car Credit. they tricked me into giving a £200 deposit to get a car that they claim they were going to buy personally for me. I was told i would get the deposit when they deliver the car to me or when i pick up the car 100% refundable they then asked me to come and sign paperwork for the car and to lie to the finance company that i have seen the car and that i have test drive it. after all this nonsense they then told me that they can't help me. this was after they made me wait 2 days for the "so called" car to be delivered to me. the worst part was they refused to give me my deposit back !!! After several threatening calls they only gave me £100 back. I want my remaining money back and i will be reporting them to FCA. Oh after taking my deposit their so called boss was rude to me on the phone telling me that i am disturbing him when i called to ask when the car will be delivered to me.

Salesmen nice and friendly until your money is in there bank went there for a 4x4. Shows me a hyundai santa fe, all good I thought. Delivery day came no car arrived so in afternoon ring to see what time due, they tell me it has failed mot and they will have it to me the following day ok I thought these things happen day 2 arrives 3pm I ring to see what's going on told me lad has just got back from mot this is know not true as through day I keep checking on mot history by 1 pm it was on system as passed, so arranged to have car delivery to my work as it's close to motorway to make it easier for them to find at work till 6:30 try to ring no one there so leave a message to deliver at my home. 8:35pm lad turns up with his family in the car and take my old car away. Then looking through paper work find service book stamped on first page 2 wheel drive vehicle only so taking it back and they better have my old car there or I'm going to trading standards. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I got myself a Citroen ds3 from these guys on finance it was done the same day I was really happy with the free valet it was spotless looked brand new! My finance was at a good rate I'm really happy thanks!
