Ameen in Nawaie Motors sold me a 09 Toyota Prius. The car was reasonable and history checked out. I live in Dublin so a distance buyer. I relied on their honesty and photos. I asked that car be put through MOT to give me peace of mind. Reluctantly they agreed and gave it to the Toyota Garage beside them Hays Toyota to MOT and it passed with no advisories the day before I picked it up. I came to pick car up and was as described, but a little dirty. Two of the front tyre's were 1.6 mm and were unevenly worn. Sales guy said the MOT guy asked if he wanted this noted as advisory on MOT and he said he didn't? They replaced with part worn tyre's. When home I noticed one Headlight very dim and put it down to needing a new bulb. When I brought to Toyota they said headlight bulb holder completely corroded and needed a new headlight. We put through the MOT equivalent and car failed on light emissions. We pointed out the MOT pass 4 weeks earlier and they said no way it could have passed as same test. Could Nawaie Motors have "an arrangement" with Hays Toyota next door?? I wonder? I thought that MOT was a well regulated institution obviously not? Hays Toyota were pretty obnoxious when I called and didn't want to know referring me back to Nawaie. The issue was pointed out to Ameen in Nawaie and after deliberating for two weeks he just said that the warranty would not support the claim. I did point out that this was not a warranty claim but that the car was defective and un roadworthy. The rectification work is less than £200. Nawaie obviously value £200 more than their reputation which is never a good indicator of a good honest well run business. Under the circumstances I could not recommend Nawaie to anyone as realistically they don't care about their reputation or their customers. Ken.

Nawaie Motoring’s statement in reflection to his above review is provided below. ‘Ken, we understood that you reside in Dublin and it is not easy for anyone to place a deposit on any used vehicle prior to viewing the vehicle. Prior to forming an agreement, we exchanged multiple emails to ensure that your expectations are understood and met, which was also subject to a time-frame you had proposed. You became happy on the fact that we were not driven to take any deposit funds until we had a mutual agreement on the works needed to be conducted. This we believe was the main factor of your decision to choose the purchase of Toyota Prius from Nawaie Motoring. This created a level of trust and you agreed to place a deposit. During this short timeframe, Nawaie Motoring got an MOT and improved the bodywork condition of the vehicle as per your requirements. Upon collection of the car, you seemed to be overall happy with the service you had received from Nawaie Motoring. The issue arose when you took the car for an equivalent MOT test in Dublin (NCT Test) and the vehicle failed the test on lights emission. The vehicle passed all the other aspects of the test. This issue occurred over a month after the date of purchase. Your initial claim was rejected on the basis that the lights failure occurred after 46 days from the date of purchase and over 3,000 miles had been driven and lights are not covered on the warranty is the miles covered exceeds 3,000. There was no evidence that could prove that the vehicle had such a light issue at the point of sale and the MOT was conducted by an independent MOT station. Following your request looking at this claim outside the scope of the terms of the warranty, this matter was reassessed and further details were requested from you. Our claims team assessed your claim and a payout was authorised. All the issues were solved and you were able to resolve the lights emission issue. Bought an Astra a few months back, was very good quality but after a couple of weeks the breaks started to hiss (problem with the pads) I live in Essex so was difficult finding time to return, I returned after the warranty had expired but they fixed it free of charge....and even cleaned my car for me! Great service.
I was so happy with the service I got from this company, They were helpful, not pushy and very honest. I have recommended them to everyone who asks about my new car and I would definitely use them again.

Brought a lovely Toyota Yaris the sales service was very good everyone polite helpful and honest, the car did have a fault which could happen to any car at any time but they made good on their warranty, despite my distance from their premises they were most helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with honest and respectable people who pride themselves on their service.
Very good service over all. The car was really nice and clean and in very good condition and I have had no issues with it at all. I got a really good PX price and the dealers have been really helpful and friendly through out the whole experience. I am very happy and I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family.

bought car from them recently and it is very reliable. They sell good cars and give nice customer service. would recommend!
The over all service was fine. However, I have an issue with a bad smell in the car. Th dealership said that they had cleaned it but they can't have done a good job because its still very apparent and I have had to pay for it to be professionally cleaned. Based on my experience I would not recommend this dealership.

I bought a car from NML. I was exciting a car. just 2 weeks...after 2 weeks I got big problem with oil. I call in NML and they fixed everything. and it was included in warranty (I am lucky). they did wonderful job. now I don't have any problems with car
