Bought this van runs well but had cold start issues that i have jow fixed. Owner sent me 2nd hand parts to fix the problem.also van had bald tyres which I never noticed till I got home 300 miles later.if I had been stopped by police to 6 points and a fine for the 2 tyres that were bald had to get 2 new tyres plus the expense of travel from Scotland a day after the purchase.not a great company never could I recommend them

Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Said the car (Astra 2011)doing 50mpg came out not even 30. Almost broke down twice on the way home. Engine leaking oil. Want's me to take the car from Edinburgh to all the way to Bradford to get it checked that too with 8 hours notice. Thinking I've got nothing else better to do but drive the car straight to the to get it checked. Absolute waste of time and money.

Neon motor company is probably the worst dealership I’ve visited, the stock is full of overpriced cars with dodgy backgrounds, I buy and sell cars regularly so I know the market value for most cars, the cars at neon were all way overpriced. Like others have said the customer service is absolute rubbish, dishonest rude salesman who thinks he’s better than everyone, when I pointed out flaws in his over priced pieces of rubbish cars he became visibly annoyed so much to the point that he began trying to tell me that my car was worth nothing hahaha. I wouldn’t trust a single word they say about there cars he tried telling me that they had a bmw 3 series that only arrived two days ago and there’s a lot of interest when in fact i have seen the car sat there for the last 3 months, he then went of to say it has full service history, but when I looked at the service history the cars last service was 2 years ago hahaha, utter idiot, save yourself the hassle and avoid this garage at all costs, there not selling anything special and another car will always be available from somewhere else, and dont trust the autotrader reviews, they delete the negative reviews so it appears like the garage is better than they actually are, if neon has negative reviews everywhere online except auto trader then alarms bells should be ringing as to how trustworthy neon motor company is

Visited Neon Motor Company today to look at a car to find it wasn’t quite as described and to me my expectations. Because he had to move 4 cars to enable me to test drive, the salesman was rude and became argumentative. His minor disruption to help with a sale wasn’t as bad as the hour and a half each way travel for nothing. Avoid at all costs.

I decided to buy a car from this Neon Motor Company, what a mistake. I dealt with a guy calling himself tan whose real name is Tariq. He told me the car was in good condition however the clutch went when I drove home. All my calls have been ignored. Avoid

Wouldn’t even give the place 1 star! Sold us a car and took my car for scrap gave me £50 and have now posted the car for £400! The car we bought was £2000 and the amendments have cost hundreds they sent no service record and when we spoke to them and asked questions he was rude!
