Very poor dealer. I would avoid at all costs. Promised lots on the phone, but didnt deliver. Talk talk talk... but no action and did not deliver the goods. Please do look elsewhere when buying a new car.

purchased a car recently from neon motors, found the owner mr khan to be helpful as i was shopping on a budget. so far the car purchased has been fantastic, no complaints. i would recommend mr khan and his staff to family and friends.

This gentleman sold me a vehicle with 28 days warranty. He did not answer emails as i found two problems its going to cost me over £800 within the 28 day warranty no answer. He bought my vehicle for £1300 and selling it for £3000 plus. Tried to beat me down on everything the extra year warranty he sold me I have not received paper work for and that was extra £275, no paper work received and constantly on his mobile speaking to a 3rd party in a language I did not understand during our transaction.

The owner of Neon Motor Company in my opinion is one arrogant person and vile mouthed. I simply rang him to say the car I bought wasn't fit for purpose and he gave me lots of abuse threatening to come to my house saying he knows where I live countless of times. I repeat never ever buy a car of this man as his cars are not fit for purpose and he lies on his descriptions.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The guy I came across as called "tarik" I think or whatever you call him, he is rude and unpleasant! Bought a car from him over a month ago. Was to supposed to receive the car like 2 months ago but he kept delaying the buy making stupid excuses up! Then the car had a faulty switch I mentioned this and he was supposed to send the switch out to us! Still haven't received the switch that "keeps getting lost in the post" ask him my address and he don't know it to say he's posted it out numerous times! Rang him up for the last time. He started swearing and been arrogant on the phone then put it down!
