Avoid at all costs. Purchased a car late last year, turned out to have many problems (confirmed by the finance companies independent inspector) some very expensive. Initially seemed ok and they offered to take the car back but as I had already spent a bit and as they were not willing to refund the costs returning the car was not a option. It is still going on and I will now have to go to court to recover the costs. I sent them videos and pictures of the faulty parts and i only every asked them to pay for the parts as I was willing to cover the labour as returning to there garage is an 7 hour round trip and I also have a mechanic I trust. I did not want to take the car back to their garage as they told me it had had a 111 point health check done at Porsche Centre Cardiff (according to Dave a director of NBSM) and also had their 134 point check done, yet they and Porsche still missed all the faults?? I generally change my car every 2 years and have done so for many years. This car was sold to me with a new MOT issued by them but had collapsed from coil springs and a blow front shock absorber (video evidence was sent to NBSM). This has to be the worst car and by far the worst dealers I have ever bought from. Think twice...
