My niece bought a car off this company and was sold a faulty car and was refused a refund. A little later we saw that this company was on an episode of "Cant Pay, We'll Take It Away", where they resorted to VIOLENCE when dealing with a High Court Writ. Should be jailed. NEVER GO HERE
They sold me a car not fit for purpose they come with 12 months mot but would not pass one when you ask for a refund they call the police to have you removed away from there property plus they like to film you but don't like to be filmed themselves very strange plus when they say they will fix it they scrap the car instead.
Have same problems with these guys as some of the above ppl. Bought a car only to discover that it was fudged up. Car needs a new engine. Have been more than reasonable about the situation & just been given the run around. I am currently in the process of trying to get a full refund with the help of cab & trading standards. Have heard a rumour they are trying to sell the business quickly & quietly! Be warned.

Poor service from this dealership, the first two questions would have a zero if possible. The dealer was not helpful at all and when I came to collect the car it wasn't even ready. I would not recommend this dealership or buy from them again.

I purchased a Citroen C8 from New Peterborough Auto back in May. There are silly things not working with the car such as the central locking and the dealership really didn't want to sort it out. The car was good value for money and in reasonably good cosmetic condition but I wouldn't recommend them unfortunately.

I bought a Renault Clio from this dealership back in April and Everything was good. They gave me a new tyre after a bit of wrangling and the car was really clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend this dealership.

So they sold u a car with bald tyre and initially refused to take responsibility for it. You ended on positive note as you don't to upset them.
I have just had a bad experience, sold a faulty car. They also changed the invoice to include 'sold as spares and repairs' when I had signed just for no warranty. Do not go here. Will soon be in process of taking them to court as they refuse to give me my money back
Take my advice DO NOT GO TO NEW PETERBOROUGH AUTO. Based on my experience I would not recommend anyone to buy from New Peterborough Auto.
I got my bmw convertible for this garage. It was very clean and tidy. Good value for money. I paid for the car and was very happy. It had a problem later that day so I rang them and they came and picked the car up at 8pm ( when I rang them) they fix the car and even sorted out the little things like a fog light bulb that wasn't working. Overall very good after service. I'm not sure why there are a few bad comments as my experience was more than I would have expected. Thanks lads ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER
