The experience at New-street car centre was good because communication was clear all the way from my initial call until delivery of the vehicle.
bought a car from them this year three weeks after starter motor went wrong I only done 4000 miles since I had the car now its not usable they don't want to know going through trading standards now don't take the risk buying from these
I bought my car from them end of last year and I haven't stopped problems with it. They sold me the car with problems, and they knew about them but obviously lied all the way. The agreed to take my car back to repair it and of course only pretended to have sorted the issue. I took it for a service after that and the problem still existed. They lie and lie and lie - do NOT buy from this guy!!!

Would have given zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Calls, e-mails and direct messages ignored. Horrendous after sales experience. Purchased a car that was advertised with service history and free delivery. We had to pay for delivery as they decided that t&c’s apply - even though we paid full value for the car. There was no service history (except the “service” conducted by them). They also advertise a warranty which was not supplied with the car, we had to call and request the paperwork on 7 different occasions. The car has 2 significant faults, again it took over 10 days to speak to somebody who claimed to have the authority to arrange to have the car returned and our money refunded. Almost 2 months have passed now and they are ignoring our correspondence. They have a company on retainer who act on their behalf in regards to legal disputes. The company is run by a disbarred solicitor, who is also a convicted fraudster and disqualified company director. Our dispute is only going to end one way, in the county court.

Great company to do business with New Street car centre. was a great company to buy my van from. They always returned my calls promptly and in a very friendly and helpful manner. Their after sales service was also exceptional. Queries and supply of paperwork were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I had such confidence that as a customer I was looked after by an honest team.
I have recently purchased my second car from New Street car Centre. for my daughter who has recently passed her test and will say that the whole team are very professional and the process from start to finish has been flawless. My daughter absolutely loves her car. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
Car was as described, delivered it to Cornwall for free, and also went above and beyond to have the car in perfect condition for when it arrived, even had all the wheels refurbished for us with our colour of choice. Thanks to Dan and Jo for a great buying experience.😊
