Blinding deal on an a3 black edition couldnt do more and kept me in the loop for the entire deal. Answered calls after hours as I work odd shifts and helped me with the finance approval and all the steps in between. Arranged for car to get delivered to my work after I had seen it and signed the paperwork - all done faster than I thought couldn't have done more for me . Will buy again from this dealer a great recommendation .

A thanks message and a recommendation for this company they efficiently sourced my Wife and I a relatively new Audi after downsizing our Discovery 4. We were given an ample figure for our part exchange and the car was sourced and delivered within a matter of days. My local Audi dealership strung us on for 3 weeks so delighted we made a choice with a reputable independent business. 5 stars.

I was mislead by all the postive reviews so here is my honest review of the extremely appalling service by Newarth. Absolutely terrible. After seeing a car I was interested in, we called up to book an appointment. The guy mentioned to simply call him before we leave as he's always available. When we called about the appointment he said it would have to be cancelled due to bad weather and was rescheduled for the following day. Again on the day of the 2nd appointment, we called again to confirm. He said that we will only get a 5 minutes test drive despite them usually being 40 minutes. Disappointing. When we arrived (travelled from 8 miles away) he called out “Are you paying by finance!?". This is an unacceptable manner to 'greet' customers. The guy mentioned that another customer was coming in 3 minutes and so we had a very rushed test-drive and explanation of the car. The customer after us arrived 15 minutes late YET she was given a 30 minutes test-drive whereas we were unjustly only given 5 cheap minutes. Despite this I was ready to purchase the car there and then by CASH. Shockingly, they said I'd have to come back yet again the following day or sit and wait for 30 minutes! When we were ready to come back the next day, in usual last minute style, after calling them he said that we'd have to come back as he was "too busy". It seems despite being ready to pay with cash he did not valube me as a customer and is happy keep pushing me away. I am driving instructor. Due to his disorganised cancellations I had to cancel many lessons because of him. I was loosing money whilst being ready to pay HIM for a car. I have dealt with dealerships as an instructor for the last 5 years but have never seen such unprofessional, poor service in my life If you're looking for dissapoinment, look no further than NetWorthless.

Boyfriend and I Purchased a black Bmw 1 m sport after doing some online research and looking at the market. From Liverpool decided to travel a bit further for a quality one. Came across Newarth car sales only 35 mins away. Car had only just been advertised So quite lucky to find it so quick. All photos of car from every angle and inside too looked perfect so rang ahead to see if it was still in stock they said they had just had finance interested in the car over the phone so try and come to avoid missing out. We got there and within 20 minutes of looking and driving we asked to put a deposit on. They offered to do another MOT on the car and a service as it was due a service in 4000 miles and an Mot In September which was great I would have just taken it as it was. As we were leaving another couple arrived to buy the car so it just shows we could have lost it. Picked car up 3 days later with another service and a year MOT and fuel in too. Over the moon isn’t half of it thank you so much Paul and rich and the rest of the guys.

Bought mega Audi here S Line black sorted me out finance on a deal where my bank wouldn't even lend quick and easy even just had to sign for finance over email picked up next day now smiling as I own awesome S Line couldn't be happier

Efficiently delivered to Epsom on transporter after a nightmare with a local dealer near me. Contactless delivery faultless communication and very well prepared and presented car. Video 360 of car was a nice touch and liberating for a car to arrive with half a tank of diesel not on fumes like my last . Pat on the back guys happy customer here.

Purchased on finance a great mercedes c class all the bells and whistles Newarth quite a distance away communication was on point. Happy with price and asked for delivery included in price but we live quite a distance away almost 7 hour round trip so they put the delivery job on a website which gets the cost down and agreed to split it with his car arrived next day with fuel in and all paperwork in a file better than described. Perfect professionalism in such a time didnt meet them but felt reassured with their communication. 5 stars from me.. Chelle
