We purchased a vehicle on 13th April. Very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Jeremy the salesman couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent after sales too as needed help with some setting up of gadgets.
I contacted Newbury Audi on a Tuesday evening via email and received a call back before 9am the following day to arrange a test drive that day. Everything was ready when I arrived and I bought the car. I returned a few days later to collect the car with its extras and it was all waiting for me on the forecourt. The paperwork was all in order and the Audi App already set up for me. It couldn't have been handled any better from my perspective. The car price was also very competitive too! I've bought cars from many garages over the years and have never had such a pleasant experience as I did this time at Newbury. They were great. Can't recommend them enough.

Avoid Avoid avoid Very disappointed from this branch they make me lost 2.5k and sold me car with broken flywheel broken grill on the bumper etc etc Kept the car for weeks and still didn't manage to fix it They offered me to take the car back for 2.5 less because of their fault (can you imagine)
Would give less than 1 star if possible. Absolutely appalling customer service. Purchased a new car 3 weeks ago and the state we received the car in was unacceptable. 3 weeks later and still waiting for the new logbook/car to be changed ownership.
