If you are involved in distant buying a nearly new car with this garage make sure you get photo/video evidence of the car, especially the mileage before you hand over any funds. 1 went to buy a silver Audi A3 saloon with 2023 reg. None was in stock but within 5 minutes the salesman had located the exact model in Scotland with the maximum mileage in the 2,000 range I had specified. I paid the deposit. Before paying over the balance I asked the salesmen again to confirm the mileage again. which he did. I also telephone the Lookers dealership at Stirling and was told that's the figure in the book, which matched. I signed all the contract documents and the car came to Newcastle by transporter. When I went to collect the car from handover man Neil Curtis, who was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, I was shocked to discover the mileage was in excess of 4,000 miles, This was a breach of contract, a breach of trust and totally misleading, bordering on fraud, by the salesmen involved.. A full refund was obtained. I bought another A3 outside the Lookers Group with the specified milage and at a lower price. Be warned.

Audi A3 2019 advertised as having FULL Service History. Went through whole process of buying. Just about to hand over keys, asked to see Service History. Only had ONE service carried out in April 2023. Had to sell car due to change of circumstances. Lost out on an extra £1000 due to Audi Newcastle selling cars not as advertised or described. Sent at least 3 emails and NO response to my concerns. Completely ignored. Won’t be buying from Audi Newcastle again. Very disappointed

Newcastle Audi. Possibly the worst company in the world. I’m surprised they even have a business to run. They sold me faulty car and won’t take any responsibility for it. There full service is horrific. If I had of read the reviews on line I would of never of purchased a car from them!!!!

This garage is the worst garage I've ever dealt with. Don't recommend it to anyone. Mess me around for 5 days and then was very ega to cancel the deal. Seems like they had other buyer ready and was trying everything not to sell me the car. Left me stress for 5 days not knowing what will happen taken 2 days of work hoping they will release the car but it seems like it was all a game.
Decided to get a new car and we headed to Audi as I really wanted a decent, quality new electric car (I had my heart set on the e-tron GT) but we were completely ignored from the moment we walked in to the moment we decided to leave in disgust! They’d clearly decided we weren’t the kind of customers they wanted, maybe my shorts and T-shirt made them judge me as incompatible with their brand, who knows… my partner and I are both senior level professionals able to afford any car in the shop, but we certainly weren’t treated like they wanted our business - went to VW instead!

Bought a used A4 less than 1 year ago and so far it has been back in to them 9 times for different faults. Service manager admitted they don’t test drive cars they take in on part ex, they just visually inspect them. Rarely have courtesy cars available. I’d never buy from them again.

We placed our car in for the installation of a rear view camera. Prior to dropping the car off we were informed that the work could be done in a day. When it was dropped off at 9am, again, I was told it would be done for about 4pm. I reiterated that I wanted it back ASAP as I needed the car back - I had a trip away booked which required my sat nav, which was built into my car in the garage. Then at 4:30pm my husband received a phone call saying it was a bigger job than had been anticipated and it wasn’t going to be ready until the next day. At 4:30pm. How can a dealership have the works booked in for over a month and then not realise prior to the time I should have received it back that the job was going to take a longer time than had been booked? I’ll tell you: poor internal communication. My husband was then informed that I would have to use the courtesy car for my trip. So I had to drive over 250miles in a basic as hell courtesy car with no space to accommodate even a phone as a sat nav without seriously compromising driver safety. Needless to say I was furious. When the car was ready, my husband received a text, not a phone call, to say it was now ready to collect - 19 hours after it should have been picked up. They didn’t even have the decency to call. When I dropped the car off, I’ll give them their dues, even with a mask, I was noticeably seething and therefore probably a little hard to banter with but the reception I got was cold - dare I say, sheepish. No small talk at all, it was at that point I essentially forced a half hearted apology from the guy I was dealing with. Furious. And I certainly won’t be rushing back for any more works done. Nor will I be recommending them to anyone. Sort out internal communication to avoid blatantly avoidable inconvenience. Then get your customer service personnel to have some training in human empathy and sympathy.

Selling faulty cars!! Service Manager RUTHLESS ! (Yes Mr Peter A. this is how you proved to deal with me, returning a FAULTY VEHICLE! SHAME! ). Cowboys allover dealership, EXCEPT Tony and the Business Mgr who have shown EXCEPTIONAL customer focused ethics. 100% professionals these 2 guys!
