Worst place to get a car from, completely lied to me and even though I gave them details of my work and home and told them that o would do in excess of 10,000 miles a year I was promised that if I just put down 10,000 miles a year it wouldn’t affect me and I wouldn’t be financially penalised.... how wrong was I? Returned to complain after finding out two years later I will need to pay around £5k more due to excess miles. Complained to the Newcastle centre where I bought not one but two cars and knew from the start I would be fobbed off as the “incompetent” complaint handler couldn’t understand my complaint. Two weeks later I received the final response to which blamed me for signing it and unless I had any evidence then that would be it. I asked for copies of paperwork and was sent documents which you could clearly see was doctored as the signatures were in blue pen yet writing in black pen, half the documents wernt signed by either party or dated at all, the request for correct documentation was ignored. Tried to deal with Duncan the “new” centre manager but this was a complete waste of time and effort as he tried to fob me off saying.. Hi Craig, Thanks for your reply. You will note on my previous attachment that Nikki respond to all of your questions and concludes with: ' Unless you can provide further information that has not yet been assessed as part of this review, this will be my final response. I am sorry that this is not the outcome you were seeking.' Nikki clearly stated that this was her final response, unless further information was provided. I don't see any further information detailed and as such you wouldn't have had a response. I would just reiterate Nikki's point in that if you do have any further information to share that would help us bring your complaint to a satisfactory conclusion then please share this with us. If not then I too would have to conclude in stating that this is my final response. Best regards Duncan What a complete joke of a company..... Mark Raban I think you seriously need to look into this centre as they are happy to commit fraud and deceive people and then hide behind Nikki but yet can’t provide correct documentation and can’t even have the common decency to reply to customers.... STAY WELL AWAY

My partner and I recently purchased an Audi SQ7 from Newcastle Audi. This was done over via videos/photographs and the sales team told us it was in perfect condition. With the car only having 27,000 and being told it was immaculate in and out with only small signs of wear we were confident and purchased the vehicle. When the car was dropped to us, unfortunately, the delivery driver hit the car and damaged it but that was an accident that could have been rectified. However, when I inspected the car it was horrendous. The leather was ruined, the cloth ceiling was ripped, dents in the console, grease stains on the headrest and scratches all around the outside of the car. As you can imagine, we didn’t want the car in this condition so the car was collected and taken back to Audi Newcastle and we were refunded. Upon this conversation with Peter Amos, he reassured us that they were going to fix everything with the car and get in touch with us before anyone else to see if we wanted to purchase the car in the correct condition. A few weeks went by and we finally had a call saying they’d made all the changes and that they’d sold the car!!! So we had waited all this time to see the car after the work had been completed and they had sold it without our knowledge when we had tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. We’re absolutely disgraced by the service of Newcastle Audi and with a baby on the way in a few months we have to start our search for a family car again. Untrustworthy and extremely disappointing service. Do not use. I just wish I could add the photos to this review!

Carol Baskin in response to AWFUL SERVICE / CAR
I dont think your ever gonna financially recover from this!
I was very pleased with the car and I'm still getting used to it! Josh was a most personable young man who helped me through the initial ordering of my new car, and he kept me up to date with its progress from Germany to Newcastle. It was wonderful to see it outside the showroom when we arrived. I would have like to have had the emails from Audi about the finance package sooner than they were sent; the morning of the collection of the car was too late for me - I had checked last night and there was nothing in my in box at that point. Consequently l had not completed the signing of the documents and that could have been a problem. Luckily, Josh was able to help me and after the car collection I was able to complete them at home. Last week I received a text from Audi telling me that They had four questions for me - yet there was no way of replying to the text. That could have caused me some stress, but luckily Josh was able to reassure me that there was no problem. All in all, I was very happy with the car and with the assistance Josh has given me, but less so with the systems that Audi were using - not everyone has access to emails and there should, in my opinion, still be a paper alternative to the electronic processes which did work well, if a little late. However, I would use Audi again!
Car from Newcastle Audi is two years old and quoted £400 for service. Did expect that such a price would include filters or anything that was due to be replaced. Unfortunately not, this price was for a oil change, condition report and wash/vacuum. They wanted to charge me for Adblue top-up and pollen filter. Advice to everyone, check what is included.

I went to Newcastle Audi today and the service was amazing, drinks, snacks if wanted, Very good service in regards to finding the perfect car for me, even tho what I wanted was very specific, I was served by Jake W who did everything he could to try and get me the car I wanted at a very reasonable price with quite a few extras for nothing! I haven’t received the car yet so I can’t comment on if it’s came exactly how I was described when sold but so far very impressed!

I really thought I would treat myself to a Audi RS6 from Newcastle Audi, being that it was from Audi I assumed it would be in perfect running order for a good 2 years. I was wrong, the brakes squeaked from day 1, I even reported this to the salesman and he agreed that they would sort it. 5 months go by and the brakes are unbearable in sound so I finally decide to get this great car inspected. Turns out all the brakes need changed major wear. I discussed this with Audi and asked what the best price would be, I was quoted £3300 for audi brakes, I asked for help considering the issue was there on purchase but no such help. I then managed to get this done privately with the actual audi parts for £1900. So they tried to charge me an extra £1400 labour (excessive I think). Then I literally turned the car on and it needs a major service, asked for quote - £990 special price. I have been quoted £400 elsewhere. Audi Newcastle - never again I am afraid.
agreed to buy a used car with 6000 miles on the clock - the car was at a different dealership and was coming to audi scotswood road on a car transporter. I paid £500 deposit. when the car arrived it actually had over 10000 miles on the clock. I rejected it and am still awaiting my deposit back. I was assured I would receive my deposit the very next day - that was three weeks ago.
After buying a new a6 which showed faults straight away including a constantly crashing mmi system, memory seats that don't remember and faulty parking sensor system I found complaining a stressful ordeal which meant visiting the showroom many times ,hours of arguing and basically being called a liar until producing video evidence that they couldn't deny.. They did eventually and reluctantly swap the car for a new one which after a couple of months showed the same mmi fault (the memory seats never worked despite the efforts of 2 audi technitions) . I am now told its all my fault . Apparently I am engaging gear too quickly for this 35K premium brand motor. Complete nonsense. One of the cars I. drove which displayed the same fault was an automatic??? .Beware Audi are fully aware of this fault but will say anything rather than accept responsibility even if it makes them look foolish.

I bought an A6 from here in April and I has very happy with the service! The car was very clean and as described and it was a very good price! Only issue was that the tyres were very worn but they paid for me to have them replaced at a local garage. Can't fault them! Would certainly recommend.
