Very quick response to my email about my interest in the car. Malcom answered all my questions quickly over the next 2 days as I live 2 and half hours away. Car as described. I didn't feel pushed into buying the car malcom is a very nice gentleman. Drove away the same day.

The staff at Lexus in Newcastle were really friendly people, very straight forward from beginning to end and I haven't had any issues at all with the car or indeed the service from this Lexus dealership since driving away a good few months ago. I would recommend them.

You might get personable service, but if you go down to Lexus today, you might be in for a surprise! I was quoted nearly £1300 to replace a propshaft on a Lexus is 200. So, I decided to get it sorted my self, and this was the result: Labour 40mins at £42 Cost of 2x uni joints £116 all in. And £30 Fuel cost. Total: £188!!! It's a no brainer.....
