Went there with little budget and in a rush. They sorted for me straight away were honest flexible down to earth and happy to help. I had small issue with car after I brought it and they sorted it straight away even on a bank holiday weekend. They gave me the courtesy car straight away and had it fixed at a reputable garage straight away even though they had sold me the car at an extremely low price. Cant emphasise enough how friendly they were really cracking lads and put me at ease straight away. I buy a lot of cars and have had a lot of problems but these lads were a breath of fresh air and I really will be going to these guys next time and every time. Can’t speak highly enough of them and will recommend in a heart beat.

How can you put so much rubbish about NG Direct, I was recommended by a good friend who has already brought two cars from this company and their cars are great and the service they provide is excellent so I do not believe you can put this crap about this company And get away with it The guys there are great and I'm very happy with the vehicle I purchased 5 stars.
Bought a car from NG Direct Car Sales, seemed genuine car started up and sounded fine but when I came to picking out some cosmetic problems they were very pushy saying the car is fine and then they started saying they think my car is of poor condition so they would take some off the part exchange price. We came to an agreement anyway and I was back the next day to pick the car up. When trying to start the car it struggled to start which indicated the battery was screwed but they said give it a run and see what happens. I did take it for a long run home and in the morning again struggling to start. I rang them saying they need to replace the battery under the warranty and they were very resilient in offering the battery so I basically had a screaming fest down the phone for them to change the battery which is part of there obligation I was told to bring it to them for them to change it. I also found the same the central locking did not work! Oh and the cars are not serviced! Oil was like tar!

I bought a car from them and they gave me professional service, I was recommended by a friend and they were very happy with there car and so was I, they sell very good secondhand cars and very nice lads they always look after you on price and warranties .
I am very happy with my new car from NG Direct Car Sales. I purchased a Volvo from them in may and up to now everything has been great. The service in general has been fantastic and they knocked a fair bit off the price! I would 100% recommend this dealership.
