Do not buy from this place, staff are rude, customer service dose not exist at nick king car sales, we know nick *PERSONALLY* and his team are giving him a real bad name. They are dodgy, they lie to you, talk to you like muck and have no respect for any customers. If you spend a little time around the four court you can notice some dodgy stuff going on including wheels being sprayed unprofessionally with pray cans Infront of customers much much more to that. We have spoken to a few people have had left bad reviews and will turning this into a documentary to warn others not to go near this place. We will also notify nick a family friend on how his staff deal with customers. I hope the staff take the time to read this and care about what's been said. Documentary will be naming and shaming the staff members in question. (DO NOT USE THIS PLACE) IF YOU DO BRING A CAR SCANNER AN ADVOCATE A SOLICITOR AND A SPARE CAR TO GET YOU HOME. (WHAT A MESS)

Comprei o carro a mais ou menos 2 meses apesar de estar a espera porque disseram que tinha alguns problemas n suspensão veio com barulho na frente o limpa vidros de trás não trabalha poliram o capô e o carro mal o verniz está a estalar em alguns sítios visto isto no dia seguinte enviei mensagens com os problemas e até hoje não obtive resposta tentei ligar e ninguém atendeu e quando atendem mandam uns para os outros ainda não tive tempo mas irei assim que possa pois me deram 3 meses garantia continuo a espera contracto

I was sold a £13.475 range rover evoque that needed over £5000 worth of work doing, This included the timing belt, and haldex pump. I wasn't reimbursed for diagnostics that was done even though i was told by Steve i would. I was ignored and had my calls declined from Steve about my refund because he was off on holiday the following Monday but i could see he was online! . When I phoned on the Monday i spoke to a rude man who had no customer service skills whatsoever! i explained i had no car so needed my refund asap and Steve was supposed to sort before going on holiday he reminded me I'd phoned on a bank holiday monday and they had 14 days to sort my refund, which Steve never once told me,. I told him I'd phone the next day and speak to someone else and he said "your be told we've got 14 days like I just have" Luckily I spoke to Rob on the Tuesday and he sorted it within a few day's. I lost nearly £500 on this car what with changing insurances, diagnostics and tax, I had it 3 week's and probably only drove it a handful of times. When nick king collected the car they didn't ask for the diagnostic report to get everything on the car fixed and made safe to drive before putting it back up for sale but within 10 days it was, so if you've brought a while range rover evoque reg FX65 ERZ I'd check it's recently had major work done because I'd be surprised if it has.
