Steer well clear of this place, We did a P/X with them, we traded a Renault wind for another Renault wind. We thought we were getting something better but it was even worse than the one we traded in. It was getting dark when we were there so it was really hard to spot any problem. The next day we had chance to have a good look. The body seemed ok, very few scratches we thought, well only until we gave the body a good clean we could see the full extent, dont know what they had put on it to hide it but it came off in the wash. Well last week I booked it in and have a local garage respray most of the car. They then told me that the front of the car was a different colour to the rest of the car, so the only one careful lady owner from new went straight out of the window, it had been involved in some sort of accident. I could go on and on. Professionally valeted using AUTOGLYM products, load if crap as well, it took 4 buckets of hot soapy water to clean the inside out. purchased my ford kuga nearly 3 months ago mainly happy with how smooth we got the car and was pleased but driving home after picking our car up it developed a fault with the radio and heating system going on and off and not being able to turn back on and with this unit being all in one had many chats with them and them saying they would pay for a new unit still waiting for them to get one very very unhappy customer ,

Purchased a VW Scirocco dealt with Jeff at Nick Kings who was very good. Unfortunately the car had a gear box fault Jeff took it a VW Specialist who thought it was the gear linkage at fault fitted new ones but turned out this wasn't the main issue, In the end the gear box had to be rebuilt. which was done at turner race developments, Not some back street garage. The car is now sorted and i am very pleased the the car Jeff at all times was very supportive and helpful in getting the car sorted. He always phoned me i didn't need to chase him. The guys at Nick King Car sales really have helped me with my purchase of my Ford Focus. The car took some time to be serviced with their work load, and Jeff offered me a courtesy car, which I accepted as I needed to get to work! Phone several times as was a distance away. I was very keen to buy an Audi TT but was put off going to view as the salesman (Phil) said they didn't want my immaculate 1 owner Volvo V60 5 cylinder diesel 2014 with 100k miles as they would have difficulty selling it on. I thought they were a car dealership ? Wouldn't bother looking in the future.
