Sold me a Audi A5 Quattro which turned out not to be a Quattro. Offered me a partial refund of £200 which is a joke. But have since stopped answering my calls. When i did get through to someone i could hear someone in the background telling them to put the phone down. Citizen advice have said I will be entitled to up to a 75% partial refund for being seriously mislead upon buying the car. I'm in process of taking legal action! Avoid at all costs
I tried to arrange a test drive via their website but that didn't work but after a phone call with salesman Phil and one was arranged. Service was friendly and efficient on a busy Saturday afternoon. Bought the car and arranged to pick up the next week after cleaning/MOT. Again, all smooth and friendly - highly recommended.
After buying my range rover evoque 4 weeks ago i took a friend to buy exactly same model onTuesday. Even after day one my evoque had two faulty door actuators. They were waiting on deliveyr on car within a couple of days so took our contact details. No reserve or deposit was requested, it was a guaranteed sale of £17795. Phoned us on Friday to say car was in but needed to be valeted. We said that was fine we would be in after 2. Arrived at car dealership at 230 to find car on forcourt for sale and they were selling to a guy who just popped in off the street. After a heeted discussion we were given first option to test drive but decided to not purchase after. The car was great and i was ready to cash buy but their attitude and customer service was appalling. Lost a loyal customer and any recommendations in the future. All about the money and not customer service. If i could take my car back and get a refund I would due to their lack of loyalty towards a customer. I also asked who Nick King was and one out of the three guys there said he was. Lies, google as proved they also lie.

I purchased a car a year ago and had problems from days later. Horrendous screech on car and 2 slow punctures on drivers side. Took car back and told them that there was an oil leak on car and horrendous screech. Also I had 2 new tyres fitted before i took car back because the valves were worn hence slow punctures. Basically new tyre pressure censors and valves needed to be fitted. I left the car with them a few days until I was called to pick up car. When I arrive I was told there was no leak but tyres had been sorted. I took their word for it but knew there was a leak. Couple weeks later I took it back because the screech was so bad and to be told there was nothing wrong. A year I've been driving around in car with horrendous screech. I take car in for MOT fir it to fail and told the car was to dangerous to drive. I looked into past MOT'S to find it had failed 3 times on the same things and supposedly been put right within 1 or 2 days by there garage. By this time the car was more damaged due to the car not being repaired previously. I rang the car dealers and he was abusive on the phone. I also rang the warranty company to be told nothing can be done. Nearly £1000 I've spent on this 6 year old dangerous car that I've been driving my family around in the last 12 months. God knows how many other cars have been sold like this. Next point of contact is VOSA . BEWARE before you buy here everyone !

Just bought a Nissan qashqai from them having done a lot of searching online I was really impressed with the team very helpful and the car was delivered too me within 2 days big thanks to Phil and the team highly recommend
When we went to look around car it wasn’t the cleanest inside, had just been hoovered through which is fine but when we went to collect the car looked to have had no further valeting done on it….. still sweet wrappers and dirty baby wipes in console from last owners plus cobwebs and dead flies in windscreen so then had to spend all weekend valeting it ourselves instead of going off and enjoying the new car! Also, all agreed body work discussed was not completed……. Not impressed……..

Awful sale tactics Travelled a fair way to view a car to be told it was in mint condition. Upon arrival every panel was dented and chips. This was on a 7.5k car! Do not travel if purchasing a car from here

Ended up buying a car from nick king glos, car advertised as having one owner, when log book arrived found it had two owners, most of sales men didn’t seem interested in making a sale. When I came to pick up the car there were still several damaged body panels that were agreed to be repaired when I ordered the car, I was then met with confused looks and made out they didn’t agree(which they did). Also met the rude spikey haired sales guy from a few other reviews about this place, couldn’t get over how rude uninterested he came across.

When I first rang up about the car and asked about paint work and body work I was told it was in mint condition. I bought the car in the rain and when I took it home I found the boot and roof were covered in scratches. The wing mirror didn’t work. Wind screen wash didn’t work and there’s screws in the tyre. It’s just had a fresh mot so not sure how it passed. I then took it back to get everything fixed which took over two weeks. When I went to pick the car up Jeff told me that he had resprayed the roof and boot which is a lie because I can still see some of the scratches and they forgot to fix the windscreen wash. I couldn’t leave the car there as it was Christmas Eve and I’d drove an hour and a half to get there each time. Then had to get windscreen pump replaced closer to my home and when I rang about it I had attitude from someone called Tom

Brought a nissan qashqai +2 in august, car was in a ok condition for age 12 plate. Cracked bumper and poor spray on the bumper lead to a £200 back from nick king which was accepted . A week later we noticed that the gear leaver started sticking and struggling to get into 1,2 gear took it to a garage and they confirmed a gear box fault and gear box oil leak, contacted nick king and they said they’d take the car back to have a look at and repair, courtesy car came which was AWFUL, 2x seat belt plugs broken in the back and ex ambulance documents left in the glove box which horrifying images - A week later after repairs being done, we drove back 2 hours to collect the car, once seeing the car we noticed a HUGE scrape down the left bumper and wheel arch, spoke to Jeff and he denied that it had happened in their care and that it was there when we brought, after showing them photos of the car the day it left us he apologised and offered £150 to repair!!!!! £150 wouldn’t have even touched it, we returned with the car as it was getting late. After seeking for quotes from companies the repairs where around 600-800 , gear box leak still there and gear stick still sticking !!! 2 days later drove the car back to Gloucester and left it on their forecourt, the only good thing from the company was that the hand over back to them was smooth and money returned into bank within 2-3days.
