Terrible unprofessional service, no reply to two messages I sent enquiringly about this car. When I arrived after getting lost (this car sales pitch is actually in the middle of an industrial outlet) the car had mysteriously been sold. However the car that was there was currently without a gear box as apparently he spray paints them himself????? And sells them as PREMIUM PACK hmmmm. Terrible experience and a waste of my time.
I can't rate these guys highly enough. Outstanding service from initial enquiry to collecting the car. Very knowledgeable and have obviously operated at the highest level for many years as everything is just so natural and even more importantly genuine, trustworthy advice. I have recommended them already to friends and damily and will continue to do so.
A fantastic car buying experience, bought the car of my dreams. No high pressure sales techniques either. I arranged the appointment to view the car at a time convenient for me and even though I arrived later than expected, Nigel said not to worry and he would stay open as I was on a long journey. The description of the car was exactly as described and looked brand new despite it being 3 years old. Will definitely be buying my next car from Nigel Geoffrey cars and will recommend family and friends there too. Thank you.
I went to view a car with high interest of buying, discussing part exchange, tax and insurance groups. Due to being a dull, rainy day and the car not being in a position to get out of the warehouse I wasn't able to test drive on that day, therefore arranged to come back the day after to test drive. I rang Nigel in the morning to ask the reg plate as I hadn't taken note in order to get a quote from my insurance company. When I arrived at Nigel Geoffrey Cars, with cash in my purse and insurance quote ready to activate, Nigel said 'I have some news, a guy is coming to look at the car in half an hour or so'. My response was 'right okay, doesn't matter because I'm here now and I have intentions of buying if a right drive for me'. Nigel then said well I said to the guy on the phone that I would keep the car until he got here. Nigel knew I was coming to test drive the car at 1:30 but still arranged for another customer to come and look at it at 2:00. But then for him to keep on saying I have have this guy my word and I cannot let that go. (Did I not count as a valuable customer?) Well fair enough great on the behalf of the other customer, but on my behalf it was shocking. I was a genuine customer wanting to purchase after visiting the garage for the second time. After that I thought I don't want this car of a inconsiderate claimed 'gentleman'. I understand have a viewing for a car but to not value a customer who had high interest and was eager from looking at the car is not a considerate gentleman. It was not 'morally' right, sometimes in car sales it's who comes first gets... And I was first, therefore first come first serve, however not in Nigel's case. So in addition it was not fair. I will not recommend to family and friends and hope they will do the same to their family and friends. Also, when asking Nigel questions on the first visit about the car a lot of the questions were answered with 'I'll have to check', 'I'm not sure I'll have to have a look' for example not knowing the upgraded additional pack on the car, or not knowing the tax or insurance group, as a car sales man for '18 months' and being in car industry for '20 years', certain things should be common knowledge.
We are delighted with our new car and the professional service we received from Nigel and the team. Congratulations on an excellent setup.

Sharp pricing and a beautifully prepared car made me travel 134 miles to view the car which did not disappoint. After years of purchasing cars from main dealers it was an eye opener purchasing from Nigel Geoffrey. No pressure just a genuine desire to ensure I was purchasing the correct car for my needs. Following my initial enquiry we travelled from Oxford to view the car which was immaculate and I have never looked back since. They even arranged very competitive finance in a no fuss manner and was very informative about the various options available to us. We have since asked them to locate a car for our son.
