I purchased a used June 2017 NISSAN LEAF Black Edition 30kW 5dr Auto here in November 2019 and got the relevant good value annual service.. After only 20,000 miles in early June 2021, the car became immobilised and was unlocked. It turns out this is a common problem from the poor 12 volt battery Nissan uses. The AA identified the problem and advised the shot term solution was for someone to sit in the care for 45 minutes while the battery recharged. I subsequently sought email telephone advice from London West and they told me what I needed to do without having to visit them to get it done. I have been impressed by the level if service at Nissan London West from the moment I purchased the car.

Very professional staff, understanding the needs and requirements; excellent aftercare and cannot fault.
I can't fault the service from Nissan London West. I bought a Nissan Duke from them in April and I have nothing to complain about. The service was excellent and the sales team were all very helpful and polite, I have had no issues with the car at all up to now and it has been a couple of months. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family for sure.

Travelled over an hour to test drive a second hand juke, put a deposit on it, phone call from sales person (Martin) an hour later, telling us the deposit did not secure the car and they had another buyer who wanted it there and then. Obviously the other buyer was getting it on finance and we were paying cash so MARTIN was not getting his commission out of us. Will be contacting trading standards and the Financial Conduct Authority. Absolute disgrace.

My Qashqai has been in 3 times for what later was found to be a fuel filter problem by another garage. The excuse from Nissan in London West was that the computer kept clearing the problem I'm not a mechanic but even I know when a car feels fuel starved. Bad form guys and Vicky the lady dealing with me had the cheek to get huffy with me. I never lost my temper once. My advice is to get your Motability car elsewhere .
I was very impressed with the service received from the Sales team at Nissan London West. From the initial visit to post-delivery of the vehicle the service received where exemplary. The salesman Kal should get a medal for excellent service!!! Would definitely recommend to others.
I have dealt with this company for a couple of years. The customer service is shocking - so bad in fact, that when I rang the head office to complain, they contacted the outfit and called me back to say how bad they thought it was, too... Enough said. Terrible, terrible customer service, agreed by other customers in store, too.
