Absolutely fantastic experience of purchasing a new car. Normally I hate purchasing a new car but auran made this experience really positive. Due to personal reasons I was unable to access the showroom but they arranged for a test drive at home home. This was the only car I test drove and purchased within the same day. Definitely would recommend NK motors in Derby

Just purchased a nearly new Sportage from Auran Sharma of NK Derby. This was my 3rd car purchased through Auran and the service and attention to detail was as always excellent. I moved from Derby some years ago, so having seen the car on NK’s web site I relied on Auran to assure me of the cars condition. He did a first class job sending me photos and video. Then arranging free delivery to the Scottish Borders a 240 mile trip, all within a week. great job from Auran and the whole team. Thanks again Ron

We have just drove our Kia Sorrento home from Kia Derby. We received fantastic customer service throughout the buying process and Auran Sharma could not have done more for us. Great buying experience and we will definitely go back when we are ready to change vehicles again.
Service Manager at NK Motors Derby (Auran Sharma) took is through the buying process from beginning to driving off. Ex dem with 2450 miles on the clock. I have bought a few cars in my time, but the service and assistance offered by this dealership was exceptional and the respect and friendliness of all staff was outstanding. i met the whole team from Directors in the firm including the service team. Nothing was to much trouble even down to the smallest detail. I found the whole experience fantastic and any other dealership is put in the shade to the extent I cannot see myself buying my next car from anywhere else. With you the customer always comes first and you are the standard for every other car dealership to try and emulate.
