Trader Nick Malpas appears to use 3 different business fronts. NM Cars (Bristol), LCM Automotive (vehicle sales), LCM Automotive (Bristol) Limited. I recently discovered that NM Cars is promoted as a separate business from LCM Automotive. I believed I had been buying from LCM Automotive, but now understand that Mr Nick Malpas had processed the payment into the account of the NM Cars business. When I tried to present company details for a Civil Court Claim against LCM Automotive for mis-selling and other issues, I used details from my invoice. However, Mr Malpas sent instruction to change the business name to LCM Automotive (Bristol) Limited. However, it is a legal requirement that Limited liability companies are indicated as such on invoices. There was no indication of a Limited company on the car sales invoice. Further the official government details as registered at Companies House indicate that LCM Automotive (Bristol) Limited, has nature of business as 45200- repair and maintenance of motor vehicles, so according to Companies House, it suggests that LCM Automotive (Bristol) Limited do not do car sales. Additionally, there are different VAT numbers on separate invoice documents for LCM Automotive (vehicle sales) and LCM Automotive (Bristol) Limited. This also suggests that the two companies are separate. I asked the legal representative for Mr Malpas to give an explanation of why he appeared to persist in giving me what clearly looked like wrong details but have not had an explanation in response. How can it be that, for the one transaction, three different business names are being crossed over. What is going on?

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my Citroen C4 from this dealership. I have had it for a while now and so far I have had no issues with it. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and the car was clean and in great condition. I think I got the car for a very good price and I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family.

5 Stars all round! I purchased a Dodge USA from here back in July. The dealers were very helpful. There was an issue with the car at first and it wouldn't start but the dealership get it resolved straight away. Overall I am really happy with the service and aftercare and would fully recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Really good experience. I bought an Audi back in June and I am really happy with it. It was really clean and just as described. It was also very good value for money. The dealers have been a big help. I would recommend this dealership.

Not happy with the service I have received from NM Cars. Recently the clutch has completely gone and I have only had the vehicle for a few months. The dealer wont do anything about it under warranty as its classed as wear and tear so its gonna cost me about £1000 to fix. Also when I took it to Volkswagen about the clutch they did a diagnostics test on it an there are a number of other issues, the guy said I should reject the vehicle. I have spoken to NM and they have offered to look at it but I have to take it back to Bristol which is a 2 hour drive and they wont do it any cheaper. Overall I am disappointed and would not recommend this dealership.
