They say they pride themselves in professionalism, but we experienced their senior sales director, Nick, have a showdown with us, on their forecourt, when he said ‘I don’t care if you don’t accept it’ - In relation to my objecting to the shoddy job they carried out on our car. Only after asking him to repeat what he said on record, did he realise how obnoxious that was – and agree that the work fell below standard. This is the after sales service we got from NMJ after spending £20k with them. My wife left in tears, and in spite of an email to him, and the only other registered sales director Alan, have not had a single courtesy call apologising for his antagonistic behaviour.

Definitely would recommend this service to anyone thinking of financing a vehicle. If you find the perfect car for you don’t let it go. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. I had a lovely experience with them. Thank you very much for the Audi.

Excellent service throughout by the Salesman Michael. Test drive and all information good and car presented in excellent condition and good value for money.
Dealt with NMJ Motorhouse on many occasions. Always a pleasure as very hands on directors plus friendly and helpful salesmen. The cars we have bought have been in top condition ,as new and low mileage plus importantly a fair price plus always happy with their part exchange price. To deal with a garage you 100% trust is an absolute pleasure and the resulting car purchase always a pleasure to own !

Purchased a car from NMJ Motorhouse, found almost immediately that due to my dodgy knees I should have bought an auto gearbox car instead of a manual, was assured by the salesman that if this proved to be the case he would do his very best to find a suitable auto car within my budget. Heard nothing more. as I say, disappointing
Steve was very helpful and spent time talking to us and made sure that we were happy with the vehicle. He explained all the benefits to us. Overall a great service from a good company. Would highly recommend buying a car from NMJ Motorhouse and would recommend them to other family members.
