Saw a car advertised at North End Motors and messaged Troy, who agreed a price with me. When I took it for a test drive it had a knocking sound, so he said he would get it fixed and I would collect it the following day. The next day he said it would be fixed after the weekend and we could collect on Monday. Then on Monday got told it had broken down and he could not sell it to me at all but would phone me that night. Guess what.....didn't get a phone call. What a waste of time. Do not trust a word they say at this place. I suppose I had a lucky escape. Buyers beware.

These guys are great went to see them about a car really helpful genuine people id deffo recommend northend motors ....just a shame the finance company kept moving the goal post .

i can't stress enough how much people need to avoid this garage. there are plenty of other garages around portsmouth to choose from. the attitude on the salesmen & the fat owner is disgusting, as soon as you hand deposit over it goes downhill rapidly. the cars they are selling are not fit for use, the car we brought from them was a death trap according to 2 other independent garages. after being told this we contacted the garage to sort the problem out but was threatened by the abrupt owner & was told once the car was driven off the forecourt it was no longer his problem. never have i been spoken to in such a rude & unprofessional manner
