So after buying the car, I had to go to post office to pay for road tax as they don’t do road tax on their cars, at the post office I was informed they cannot do it and I had to call DVLA, so DVLA told me that there is still a registered keeper on the car, so they have sold me a car that still is on that persons name even though that car don’t have road tax since February. DVLA told me it will take 6 weeks to resolve the issue, so 6 weeks no car. After 100 attempts trying to get in touch with London Motor Company manager his advice was to use the car and if I get stopped by police just show the receipt from post office that I send to DVLA. They didn’t even have courtesy to help or put the car on their road tax, absolutely nothing. Very disappointed and very unprofessional.
