Advertised car with a display key and when purchasing I was told it had been left in another dealership and would be sent through post which seemed odd at time but thought fair enough, after chasing up for 7 weeks I was sent a normal key which wasn't what was advertised or promised and when phoning I was told well i can just use the app and its still a key although it was a £500 optional extra and one of the reasons I was buying the car as I'm not just being fussy as that would be complaining it was advertised with 17k milage and when it was closer to 19k, anyways was promised would look into it and the advert and get back to me after trying to say don't make these keys anymore which was a outrageous lie by Colin and once again Weeks go by and nothing! Make sure everything is as advertised when purchasing as once got your money they don't care and happily lie to your face when purchasing!

TRULY UNBELIEVABLE THAT AN EMPLOYED AND WORKING MEMBER OF STAFF AT BMW NORTH OXFORD (FULLY EMBLAZONED IN BMW BRANDED CLOTHING) CAN FOLLOW A CUSTOMER PROSPECT OFF OF THE SALES FORECOURT AND AGGRESSIVELY BANG ON THE CUSTOMERS VEHICLE INSTRUCTING THE PERSON TO GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE SO THAT HE CAN PHYSICALLY CONFRONT THE PERSON (OR GIVEN THE AGGRESSIVE APPROACH – ATTEMPT TO PHYSICALLY ASSAULT THE INDIVIDUAL). In my wildest dreams I could NEVER have imagined an employee of BMW undertaking such actions towards a member of the general public just because a poor review of his actions was expressed to the management team of the dealership. What was the response from BMW North Oxford? NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY… The only response received was a legal letter washing over the facts and using legal terminology to dismiss the actions of the sales advisor. Will I buy from the BMW brand after this? Not a chance ever!!! I loved the brand and had purchased several high-end versions of their cars, but the actions of the sales advisor and the dismissive final response from the legal representation of BMW North Oxford has tarnished my view of the brand forever. If you are in the market for a new BMW, find another BMW dealership that is NOT BMW North Oxford, OR part of the William Morgan Group. I defy BMW North Oxford in their defence to challenge this review and say that a sales advisor did not commit these actions!!!

Fantastic service from Roger and Sid from the outset. Great price for my Z4 and the entire process was seamless. Great communication and the team were amazing all the way through to collection. Strongly recommend this dealership, open honest and transparent. Great to meet you Roger you were an absolute gent

Despite the issues with having to reject the car before accepting delivery of it ... This was due to quality issues with these specific vehicles ( this was not a BMW used car ...btw). Luke in used car sales was excellent, completely transparent & professional in what the issues were and the options available to me. In this instance I asked for a refund and no issues in undoing the deal. So many other unscrupulous dealers would have hidden or bouched up a frame repair to complete the sale. It's good to know that BMW North Oxford have the integrity to be transparent in such a regard . Top marks !

After an appalling experience with my local sytner dealership purchased a used 4 series from North Oxford Garage BMW and was seriously impressed with the level of service offered from the initial enquiry to collecting the car . The salesman Gareth even came in on his day off to hand over the car to fit round me! Having purchased over 10 BMW’s this has been the best experience, the staff here are helpful and want to help The receptionists speak to you you politely and always answer the phone in a timely manner. I really can’t praise the father enough and hope the deale principle is proud of the team he or she has working fir him they are a real asset, well done has put my faith back in main dealers!!

Took my car in to get an error code diagnosed at North Oxford Garage BMW. Was told that the error was with a controller in the passenger headlight and would be fixed for £850. Got that covered under warranty. So they were clear to start working on it and they put in me in rental car while they worked on it. This seemed a bit expensive but warranty covered it and if it solves the problem I'm fine with it. 2 months later got a phone call from them to tell me the work was done but it didn't fix the problem. So they now want an additional £2000 to replace both headlights. (the problem was only with 1 of them) Obviously the warranty won't cover this because they've already paid to fix the issue and it hasn't been fixed. And since the warranty people refuse to pay, BMW have cancelled my rental car and refuse to give me my car back until the bill is paid. So now I'm stranded without a car and being forced to pay £850 to get my car back in the exact same condition it was when I took it in. Note to future customers: If they tell you a price to fix a problem. Make sure to get it in writing that they will fix the problem for that price so you have some legal recourse when they want to charge you more later. I have the quote they gave me so I will be taking it up with trading standards.

I recently bought a BMW i8 from an official dealer, however, there was warning light coming so I booked the car with North Oxford Garage BMW. The work was supposed to be finished in one day to be fixed, then the rep Rachel said they need three days as the parts they ordered didn't fit the battery, then they needed it over the weekend, and now my car is still at their garage. I called today to ask what work had been done on my car and they couldn't give me an answer. From day 1 until now, no one actively give me a call back to update the status and I had to called them every day to check the progress. Now they told me that they needed to get in touch with BMW UK and BMW Germany. Every phone call with Rachel, she kept rushing through the phone call when I asked more information about the car. As a professional, the way they deal with customers is completely not acceptable. If I got one of your most advanced vehicle in BMW, but if you can't fix it, what is the point to buy it? From the rushing phone call and lack of information with horrible time management, their service is not acceptable. If they can't be bother to listen to customers, there is no point to use the official BMW service.

I spoke to Darren Cole in North Oxford BMW about a 640d. As I was a distance buyer I asked him for a video of the car. After 24 hours it never came so I called back and he told me car was on test drive. Another 24 hours past and I called again to be told car was sold. I saw the same car advertised three days later and called again this time a very engaging sales guy answered the phone Darren Peck and he could not have been more helpful. He sent me a video within and hour answered all questions without hesitation and within hours I had bought the car. When I went to collect the car it was well prepared and in good condition. I would recommend.

North Oxford Garage were absolutely rubbish. All what they wanted was to take my money and sell me a car ,they were not interested at all about my concerns. Their customer satisfaction is absolute Zero, just trying to make simple things difficult to book the car again for ££££. I will use independent service dealer for a third of what they charge. It was first and last time for me with them.
