We purchased a van form this garage & they are really nice to you at first & then they are not interested when you have a problem the central locking key was not working properly when we purchased the van & was told if we have any more problems then they will sort it out well the battery & component fell out as the key was so damaged & now they are refusing to change the key even though we still have warranty DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE as there all promises disgusted the way we have been treated not professional at all

Bought a ford focus from North Star Premier in April 2018. Was promised a new cam belt or discount. Got neither.
Either Inexperienced sales staff or con men. They offered me £700 less P/X than another company.
Arranged to view a car from them a day before and Gary the salesman had said no one else was coming to see the car the next day. Arranged to come down at 1230 and got a call 10 minutes before coming up into Brighton and was told the car was sold. No phone call or decency to ring and inform us prehand someone was viewing the car. Had we had known we wouldn't have wasted 3 hours of our time and petrol. Wouldn't deal with these. They need to learn better business etiquette.

My wife and I bought a car from North Star premier this month, the service we received was great, the price of the car was bang on, so we bought the car. Unfortunately there was a problem with the car after a few days, not north stars fault, but the way that they dealt with our problem was amazing. You hear about dodgy second hand car dealers but these guys definitely are not dodgy, they could not do enough for us, they made sure I had mobile numbers for them so I could always get in touch. In the end we have been very happy with them and would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased an Audi A3 back in January and I am really pleased with it. I have only had one issue with it which was resolved very quickly and easily. The car was on good condition when I received it but it hadn't been cleaned. The car was a very good price and drives very well. I would recommend this dealership.

North Star Premier treated me very well, the staff at the dealership were very friendly, the whole process was very quick and easy and I've not had any faults with the car in the time that I've owned it.

It was last year when I was searching for a new car and the one I found was on sale at North Star Premier and although initially the car was in great condition and the staff were knowledgable, I have had a few issues since with the car which is why I wouldn't tell people to go there
