Great place lovely friendly people

Fantastic purchase experience from start to finish. The staff are polite and no hard sell from the salesman, helpful and accommodating. I would like to pass on specific “thanks” to Imran on their after-sales team. I had a slight issue a fortnight after buying my car and he was nothing but professional and helpful in arranging a repair for me, at a time that suited myself too. Really good work from him and exceptional customer service given. Thanks again North West Automobiles.

Went in with my partner to look at an Audi they had in stock, we took it for a test drive and found it to be inappropriate for our needs so decided to look around, we were left to browse at our leisure and the hot coffees kept coming, eventually we took a Focus for a test drive and fell in love with it, I know it was a pain to get out as it was blocked in but nothing seemed too much trouble with these guys, their service was professional and every request was met with a smile, a BIG THANK YOU to all the staff at North West Automobiles for looking after us.

Prior to purchase it was agreed several items would be resolved. It became obvious that this did not happen and we had to get another garage to sort out the tracking. When further engine light issues transpired, we contacted the company with a clear diagnostics test that showed simple (yet avoidable) repairs were required. They stated they could only do this during the week which we had already said was impossible due to work commitments. they refused to meet us halfway despite given 3 different options that would satisfy us. When asked to provide a full refund which they are legally obliged to do under the Consumer Right Act 2015, they have refused, even suggesting we put the wrong fuel in the car which, in addition to being offensive, is ridiculous as it wouldn't drive at all. They do not respond to emails or phone calls, and are dismissive and patronising in communication. they say they are reasonable, and claim to be about the customers, but this is clearly only when things are going well. We all know things can happen to second hand cars but it is still the dealership's responsibility to resolve those or issue a full refund within 30 days if the customer is not happy.

Chose a BMW series 1 msport 59 plate .viewed car on website rang Aby and arranged to view after arriving me and my partner and 2 year old daughter was offered tea coffee. Felt like I'd known them years took car for test drive ,bought it made easy after taking car home day later central locking modular failed rang the guys no messing straight in repaired by bmw as only they can do this repair no excuses from nw autos sent to the dealer no cost to me warranty covered, courtesy car given that's another story lol bmw now back fixed top service would definitely recommend these guys Friendly family firm. Any problem to you is no problem to these guys thanks to you all for making our experience hassle free.. and friendly.
