Very good service from North West Automobiles. I purchased a Volvo back in August. The car was really nice and clean and exactly as described and the price was just what I wanted to pay. The battery did die within 24 hours of getting the car but the dealers were happy to come out and replace it straight away. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, they were brilliant.

I purchased a vehicle from here in August. The car was clean and in good condition and is good value for money but the dealers were way too over the top, going way to fair and it it became pretty annoying and came across obnoxious, Based on that I wouldn't use this dealership again. I also think some of the staff can be very nude to other staff members.

I purchased a Suzuki Swift from here back in July. The car was very nice and clean and in really good condition and I have had no issues with it at all. Its great value for money and the staff at the dealership have been very frenziedly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought a Range Rover td6 from NWA in May, Jimmy the salesman was brilliant answered all my questions and kept me supplied with coffee and left me to look over the car at my leisure. Had a problem 4months after purchase which was quickly and satisfactorily dealt with by Kam. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car. 5/5 rating
I would use North West Automobiles again they were fantastic. I bought a Ford Mondeo Sport from them back in May. They were really helpful and knew their stuff! The car did have an issue with the front left brake but when I took it in they were happy to get it sorted! It did take all day but they were very apologetic and even bought me fish and chips and kept offering me free drinks! They are very personable, helpful and polite and i would definitely recommend them. Cant fault them at all.

My partner and I felt that the service was very thorough, nothing was left unturned. Jimmy and his team were very friendly and extremely helpful. Really easy to buy the car with a great choice. The guys are easy to get along with and are not pushy at all. I would recommend to anyone buying a car from them.
From the moment we walked in the experience was excellent. The staff acknowledged us straightaway but there was no pressure. Impressive selection of well prepared cars. Can vouch for the coffee! Would recommend them.
Here we have the nicest team I have ever come across, so friendly & NOT pushy. A trip to their dealership is highly recommended and a drink of their coffee or hot chocolate is a must.!!!
