Visited North West Autos from London and was very impressed by the quality of the service that I received. Was given as much time as I wanted to have a look at the vehicle I was interested in, no sales pressure at all from the dealer. Whatever questions I asked were well and honestly answered. I was slightly nervous about buying this car as I've never spent this much before. The lads here at Northwest Autos helped me out and made me feel looked after the whole time. I wasn't pressured at all and I was allowed to look around the car in my own time. Once I'd decided on a car they made sure if was free from issues before I picked it up and they even helped me to tax the car! I will be directing friends and family there in future

My experience with this company has been appalling from start to finish. Please be very careful when buying a car from this company. I wish l didn't buy my car from them now. As it has cost me more money to get the car sorted out.
