Couldn't fault the service from Paige, she was outstanding from start to finish. Traded in and got a DS5. Smoothest transition I've had ever! Highly recommended.

Hi Ged, Thank you for your review, it is much appreciated. Sales Team.
We visited a number of car sales in Bolton and Blackburn before coming to NWA. Two things struck me as soon as we arrived here: the number of vehicles and the range of prices to suite every pocket with finance deals if needed. After having a test drive with Paige and a chat with a number of other staff we bought a Mini Cooper. Next time it will be straight to NWA rather than waste a lot of web browsing time and fuel traveling around in our search.

Sales from North West Autos Blackburn in response to Friendly staff and massive choice
Good afternoon Yunus, thank you so much for your feedback, much appreciated! Sales Team.
Very, very poor aftersales and I would not recommend even to my worst enemy to buy from this company. I bought a Skoda Yeti (SL61 YTT) £5500 from them and it only lasted 3 days( 100 miles) before breaking down and the engine management lights coming on. I could have bought a vehicle from the dismantler yard that would have lasted longer!! I contacted the aftersales team, Sabina informing her that I wanted a full refund. She refused and passed me onto Reece who supposedly is the Workshop Manager, but has also told me he is the Sales Manager. He told me to drive the vehicle back to them (read the terms & conditions), I received no written instruction in driving the vehicle with a known fault, even though I specifically asked him to email me this agreement. The vehicle was not fit to drive and I feel they wanted me to do this to break their terms. I therefore returned the vehicle via recovery truck costing me £96 after waiting 4 days and wanted a full refund on return. I again contacted North West Autos Ltd and spoke to Braeden apparantly the Sales Manager requesting that I had returned the vehicle and still hadn't recieved my refund. He refused my request stating the vehicle had been repaired and I should come and collect it. I did not ask for a repair at any point. These people are completely refusing to listen to their customers. He said he needed to investigate my telephone calls requesting a refund and it could take several weeks. My refund request was in the first 5 mins of speaking to Sabina in my first phone call. I e-mailed them stating that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that I am within my rights to reject the vehicle and to request a full refund as had under 30 days. I gave them 14 days after returning the vehicle and called again asking for Braeden, but was passed to Reece, who was now Sales Manager working from home. Again I was refused my refund and this time Reece was trying to say that I had been messing with the vehicle to create the faults. Again making excuses for any reasons not to give me my refund. Why on earth would I want to mess with a vehicle that I wanted and had paid £5500 for, I needed a vehicle for work. I asked for Reece to email me this information, of which he has not sent this after several days for me to read. You are asked to email the Aftersales Team with any issues. they only view the emails when you telephone them to inform them you have sent an email. The afterservice is shocking and it seems like once they have had your money then it is hard to get any response without having to keep calling them. They tell you in the Terms and Conditions that your Consumer Rights are not affected but repeatedly refuse your entitlement to a refund with faulty goods!! This has been a complete nightmare and incovenience. They have had my money, have the car back and I am still waiting for the refund. I have no other option now if they continue to refuse to give refund after breaching Consumer Rights Act 2015 than to take it further and report to FCA, Trading Standards, Motor Ombudsman and even Court. Save all that hassle and buy elsewhere!!

Good evening, We Thank You and all our customers who leave feedback, we are very sorry to hear of your issue and have liaised with the After Care team. Your vehicle was brought into us with a management light illuminated, we understand that this sometimes shakes customers up and makes them feel that the vehicle has a major fault. We scanned the ECU and found fault codes that were related to low fuel pressure, sometimes this could be a poor fuel pump, bad fuel injectors, or a major issue with the fuel lines. The vehicle was brought in with very low fuel, when modern cars are this low they go in to a Safe Mode and warn the ECU that the vehicle could cut out soon, this is what happened with your vehicle, the codes were stored and simply required resetting, we did that, fueled the vehicle and carried out a dual carriageway test drive with no issues present. You were immediately informed of this, however, you had by then made up your mind that the vehicle was defective and needs to go to the “dismantlers yard”, we tried our best to explain the situation, but you demanded, over and over, for a refund. We work very closely with the CRA 2015 and with the local Trading Standards office, also an FCA approved and regulated dealer our conduct is monitored closely by the powers that be. You were placed on notice last week to collect you vehicle or it will have to be moved to a storage yard as we do not have any room on site, if this happens you will also be charged storage fees as you are choosing to ignore that and are still demanding a refund when under the CRA 2015 you are not entitled to one. Please be fair, come and test drive the vehicle and you will realize that there are no faults present, we have put a few miles on it as it had to be road tested. We hope to see you soon and we can all put this negative situation behind us.

Reply to North West Autos The vehicle did not just illuminate the engine management light, it broke down in traffic, fortunately in a quiet part of town. When I restarted the vehicle the engine management and heater plug lights were illuminated. The vehicle had no power and was parked up and not moved until the recovery truck collected it to return to North West Auto's. Was the vehicle of Satisfactory Quality: Not satisfactory quality because the vehicle broke down after 3 days. Also not fit for purpose as I conversed to Paige that the vehicle was being purchased for work purposes. Paige replied it would do that, so I bought it. Down Payment 08/05/23 NWA's MOT 09/05/23 I Collected the vehicle 17/05/23. The vehicle broke down 20/05/23 unable to fulfill it's purpose. Is this of Satisfactory Quality relating to the age and mileage of the vehicle, £5500 for 3 days, I think not. NWA 'LOW FUEL' caused the ECU fault, that the vehicle was returned with low fuel??? All receipts are kept to prove fuel was NOT low, along with photo's of vehicle dash at collection by truck. NWA seem to be accusing or grabbing at straws not to refund money. Goods Fit For Purpose: The vehicle was bought for work. It broke down and lost me 1 1/2 days work and pay when arranging other transport. NOT fit for purpose! NWA's have never replied to my e-mails, apart from 'Auto-reply', nor have they informed me of the storage situation, a bullying tactic they seem to use in getting customers to accept/ take back faulty goods. I never said to take it to a dismantlers yard. I returned an unsatisfactory, not fit for purpose vehicle for my refund under the CRA 2015. AVOID THIS COMPANY IS MY ADVICE!!!
I purchased a 2003 Mitsubishi shogun, which I know is 20 years old so I was happy to accept any small issues with the car. The sales team are great and do not pressure you to buy any car. After purchasing the car I took it to a garage for a health check to see what issues I may need to fix in the near future. Unfortunately there were quite a few issues with the car that were not picked up on the MOT, which was only 1 week prior. This was when the I contacted NWA and asked them to initially fix the car. After a conversation with the after sales head of department Ali, I felt very disappointed with the service and like many other reviews Ali spoke over me and did not let me answer his questions. After considering my options I chose to return the car, as to fix the issues it would cost me more than I was happy to spend on the car. After returning the car this was when I went from disappointed to shocked. NWA did not contact me for 4 days with a refund for the car but decided to put the car back up for sale on auto trader. On the 4th day of no contact Ali then sent an email informing me he would be taking £950 from the original purchase price which covered: 260miles (70p a mile) Service + mot Valet Admin fee’s Any work carried out prior to sale As you can understand this was ludicrous to own a vehicle a week and pay £950! Also to add insult, the re-listed shogun was now on for £600 more. After a week of this all happening a lovely lady from after sales contacted me and asked me to summarise what has happened. I still could not get a full refund but decided to collect the car and do the work myself to try save on cost. In summary, this review is to make future customers aware of NWA’s refund policy and to highlight that Ali requires training on how to speak to customers. I would fully accept if I had done 3000 miles and damaged the car but this wasn’t the case and NWA placing the car on for £600 more only shows they did not care about me as a customer who still legally owned the car.

Good afternoon, Thank You for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time out to write a review. However, we are slightly confused with your feedback. You contacted us with a few issues relating to the vehicle and its previous Mot’s, we explained that we do not Mot them on site and have an independent MOT do them, its there reputation and they have no reason to jeopardise this over a few bushes, you were requested to return it for an inspection or we were happy to refund you for the vehicle less for fair usage and any damages. You returned the vehicle, and a buy back figure was provided to you, you accepted, and we started a returns process, at this stage everything was running smooth and as we all expected. As we knew the vehicle was coming back into stock, we re-advertised it, as it was initially advertised at a low price, we increased the price this time to its market value, we did not realize that this would upset you, however, removed it from sale until you were fully refunded. To our surprise, days later, you then contacted us and demanded that we cancel the agreement and that you were happy to pick the vehicle up, as we had, by then, spent monies on rectification work we didn’t want to give you the vehicle back, however, Management didn’t want any bad feedback so accepted your request and you collected the vehicle. We are truly sorry for the whole situation but would appreciate full transparency when writing reviews.

Good afternoon Marshall, thank you so much for your feedback, much appreciated! Sales Team.
It was an awesome experience with Patrice and Page. In fact I came all the way from London to Blackburn to pick a Jaguar XF. However, the finance delayed so I could not drive the car that day. Patrice and Page dropped me off at the nearest Hotel and they kept checking up on me to find out if I’m fine.finally the next day I picked up car. They were excellent. In fact they are true human beings.
