My wife just bought a Kia Picanto from NWA. Impressed (on a very busy Saturday) how well the cars are presented and the fact that you are not hounded by sales when looking around. You are left to browse until you need help then as if by magic, a salesman (in our case Shami) appears! He was very helpful and moved quite a few cars to let us test drive. Opened the door for my wife and when we returned he put it back in the showroom and we agreed to purchase. Sorted the paperwork and said they would action the MOT and service ready for collection on the following Friday. My wife was delighted to get a call on the Wednesday to say it was ready! We went over from Preston in her lunch hour and Paige finalised things for us (V5 to follow as it had been misplaced) before the car was brought round and Paige opened the door for my wife to drive off. Very impressed so far! My wife is delighted with the car. Found a couple of minor issues next day, but I am sure they will be sorted - the mark of any professional company is how they handle unavoidable things like this!

The cars are very well serviced and cleaned before they leave. I bought a Suzuki Swift Sport from them and they put a lot of effort, time and money into it to make sure it was in good working condition when I got it. However this doesn’t include checking the air conditioning so make sure check that’s working before you buy cause they won’t fix that under their policy’s. The pick up date was also delayed twice but because of the good customer service and the time being used to make sure the car is in good working condition I can’t complain about that. Overall I would buy a car from them again, just make sure to check the air conditioning.
