The cars are very well serviced and cleaned before they leave. I bought a Suzuki Swift Sport from them and they put a lot of effort, time and money into it to make sure it was in good working condition when I got it. However this doesn’t include checking the air conditioning so make sure check that’s working before you buy cause they won’t fix that under their policy’s. The pick up date was also delayed twice but because of the good customer service and the time being used to make sure the car is in good working condition I can’t complain about that. Overall I would buy a car from them again, just make sure to check the air conditioning.

The team at NorthWest Autos were great and I picked up my car last Monday. They replaced the Cam Belt as part of the deal because they said, given the age of the car, they'd be liable if it went. They also put a new battery in because the old one died at the start of the test drive. This made the test drive a bit limited.
So far, so good and I'm looking forward to getting a few miles under my belt.
