Great customer service from NWBMW. Friendly and informative, you feel you can really trust them. When the main dealership let me down I turned to NWBMW, I will always go straight to them in future.
I live in Surrey and i couldnt find anyone locally to fix this fault without spending the total value of the car in replacement parts . Chris at North West Bloor Motor Works was by far the most helpful helpful on the telephone and extremely knowledgable . The fault is now fixed at a fraction of the cost quoted by other BMW Specialists . I am very grateful and impressed by Chris and his Team.
Please read this when looking to buy from N.W Car Specialists based in Bolton. Recently me and my mum drove over 3 hours to see a car from here. On arrival we noticed a big scratch on it that wasnt mentioned pre my driving over. We did end up in a debate with them about this. There was a man called Nick who dealt with us and I found him to be very very rude, never have i been spoken to in such a manner and my mother too. We have called them since about an issue that needed sorting, my mum had the phone put down on her twice again by this salesman so we have ended up giving up on them. I really wouldnt recommend them.
